Avery walked down a long path while the rain

poured down above her. The soft breeze blew and the smell of dew and sweet grass filled the air.

She finally reached Central Highschool after what felt like eternity. Avery took a few deep breaths and entered the building. After a few seconds of her appearance whispers filled the halls much laughter and chatter came from Lynn's so called friends as if they were waiting for her arrival. It made her feel anxious. Sure it might have been years being treated the same but the feeling never changed.

The perfection of all of Lynn's friends, the way they had such pretty lies. Their ways of tricking such gullible students how stupid she was to ever believe they were her friends. It's hard to see people committing the same mistakes she made.

Avery had tried so hard to tell them how all of this was fake. Trying to unwind them from their little fingers. They were all just dogs obeying their master like a damn God.

Lynn was the one and only person behind all of this manipulative behavior. Controlling everyone's actions and getting everything she wanted. Somehow after all this time she still has this potential of power.

"What the fuck did you just say?!" Lynn said.

"I just said that outloud didn't I? Well great that an extra 10 minutes of being a punching bag." Avery thought

Right as she was about to run Lynn grabbed her wrist and slammed her body into one of the lockers and punched her in the stomach.

"Get her Eva" she said. Then a small figure appeared which who seemed slim but muscular. Rapid punches and harsh kicks Eva gave. Every punch filled with hatred and the excitement in her eyes pissed Avery off. Avery couldn't even fight back she was pinned to the ground and blood filled the corners of her mouth and tears streamed down her cheeks. Everything happened so fast she couldn't even react, the strength of someone so small was impressively painful. Avery looked around one last time just to see the hallways emptied.

"Enough now go to your class."

Avery stood on her legs and tried to walk on wobbly legs but Lynn grabbed her arms and smashed her onto the lockers harder than last time. In response Avery groaned at the aching of her back. "I didn't say you idiot."

Eva had already left as she was ordered to. The two girls were left all alone at this moment. "Never fucking call me manipulative again." Avery was uncomfortable with how close Lynn was to her. She was touching bodies and Lynn's face was inches away which caused Avery to look away. Lynn got annoyed that she wasn't looking directly at her. "Look at me when I'm talking to you Avery, no one's going to believe what you say so give it up already. This is between us and no one else so don't you even try."

Soon after Lynn brought Avery's chins closer to her face and licked the corners of her mouth which used to be bloodied and delicately pecked a kiss on Averys lips which caused Avery to shudder under her. "Go" Lynn spoke. "What?!". "GO"

Avery immediately ran to her classroom even with her legs being hurt she wouldn't go through another round of beatings. Once she entered the classroom

everyone fell silent and Ms. Brooks looked up from her desk. "What's your excuse now?" "Im sorry I...I..uh I-my car was going through some trouble" " Likely story, take a seat and don't let me see you coming in late!"

The rest of school passed by and Avery had a way of avoiding Lynn by a passage no one ever takes since it's likely you will come to class late but Avery's fast pace could take her far. After many hours she finally got to her final class. Unfortunately, Avery shares the last class with Lynn. Mr. Brown called assigned partners for a specific project of economics...

"Blake and Caleb" "Elli and Damien" "Angie and David"....after everyone's names were called Avery realized she and Lynn's names weren't called "oh-no that means-!" She said and was soon cut off by her proffesor

"-Finally Lynn and Avery" Mr. Brown said.

When the bell finally rung in unison of Mr. Browns instructions being given out the students were dismissed Avery could only think of the worst possible scenarios that could occur spending hours near her bully.

Once she walked out of the large red building she knew there was nothing to do to avoid her. She was suddenly snapped out of her thought when she heard a familiar voice

"Hey Avery~"

"Great I'm done for" Avery muttered under her breath. Lynn wrapped her arm around Avery's waist and tilted Avery's chin up. "You can't escape me~" Lynn said.
