It was the day of school for the week and Marianna couldn't wait she always hated school the work was just too easy for her. The students were all immature and never acted their age and the teachers all liked to mess with her. As usual, Marianna drove to school and walked towards her locker her best friends Alex and Jada were already there waiting. They always were unlike her they both liked school Alex was the captain of the basketball team and Jade was the school president so both of them were always on time and never missed a day.
Like always they walked to class together and Marianna sat in the back while they sat towards the front. The teacher passed out the assignment and like always she finished early. Since she still had 30 minutes left she laid her head down. When the bell finally rang in class was over she gathered her things and waited for her friends and they left. She parted ways with them as she headed towards her 2nd period 1st period was the only class they had together so she wouldn't see them again until lunch.
Just like every day as soon as she walked into second period her teacher Mr. Williams made her sit towards the front he knew that she would sleep through his class if she sat in the back. As he walked around passing out the assignment he gave everyone a book. when she glanced at the book she smirked she had read this book a hundred times already she knew pride and prejudice by heart. So while the rest of the class was reading she was already answering the questions and starting on her essay. With 20 minutes left in class, she was already done so she pulled out her notepad and started to sketch. The rest of her classes went the same way finally it was time for lunch. As she was headed towards the cafeteria she bumped into Ashley. Her and Ashley have never gotten along they hated each other since elementary school and every time they saw each other they got into an argument and today wouldn't be any different.
"Watch where your going nerd" She heard Ashley say as she walked past but before so could far marianna yelled back "Whatever you say hoe at least I get good grades unlike someone." after saying her peace she left she knew Ashley would be fuming but she didn't care she would never let anyone insult her and get away with.
When she arrived at the cafeteria she noticed her friends were already there she walked over and sat down she pulled her lunch out of her bag and started eating. Lunch was uneventful as usual just other students gossiping about the latest drama and parties that would be going on this weekend. Like always Jada was trying to convince her to go it was a party that one of the basketball players was hosting and Alex and Jada were both going. They were trying to drag her along. Marianna didn't want to go she would rather spend her time drawing or reading than being surrounded by a bunch of drunk and horny teenagers but she could never say no to her friends.
When school was over she and Jada went shopping for outfits to wear to the party after shopping for hours Jada was finally happy with the outfits and shoes to match. Marianna drove to Jada's house where they got dressed they waited for Alex to arrive got in his car and went to the party.
Upon arriving she heard loud music and could see boys and girls walking around half-naked with cups in their hands dancing with each other. She followed Alex and Jada towards the backyard and noticed a group playing a game of ping pong. She walked over to watch the game as Alex joined in she noticed that they were playing boys against girls and the losers had to drink. She watched as every time Alex missed he had to take a shot and she knew that she would be driving them home since Jada couldn't drive.
She watched as the game was finally coming to an end and the people started leaving so she headed towards the kitchen she needed a drink. As she walked past drunk people she heard boys calling out to her trying to talk but she ignored them as always. Walking in the kitchen she noticed there was nothing to drink but liquor. sighing she poured herself a cup and sipped it slowly as she was drinking she felt someone walking up towards her. Looking up she saw a boy that she had never seen before. Maybe he new she thought she went back drinking ignoring him. After a while Marianna noticed that he wasn't leaving so she looked up to say something when she noticed Ashley heading their way. Just great she didn't want to deal with finishing her drink she tried to walk past but Ashley bumped into her ."Oops, I'm sorry bitch maybe you should watch where you going and stay away from my man." She gave Ashley a look and left she couldn't even bother to argue with her. Girls who fought over boys were just childish. She went to look for her friends and dragged both of them towards the car they both were drunk. Taking the keys from Alex she drove to Jada's house dropping her off first before driving to Alex's house to drop him off and walking home.
