"Oh ah Alex..please," Daniel moaned as he felt Alexander nibbling at his inner thigh. He was going crazy as his boyfriend of four years skillfully teased him, making his body tingle with lust and anticipation. Alex was now kissing and licking at Daniel's taut stomach as he made his way up the pale chest and finally crashed their lips together in a searing kiss. When the two broke apart, they were breathless. Daniel's eyes darkened as he met his Alpha's hazel ones above him. Alexander was looking at him with smug satisfaction.

"Alex, I need you, pleaasee," the pale—skinned Omega pleaded. Alexander smiled and made to lean down, "I am here Danny, I'll take care of you." But Daniel took hold of his chin and forced Alex to meet his eyes once again. "No no.. I Need you, now," he said. The moment he said this, though, Alexander's face changed. His satisfied look turned into doubt and he backed away, hesitating. Daniel grabbed his hand making him turn around, "Alex..please love..". It was Daniel's last—ditch attempt to make his lover understand his needs but when Alex pulled his hand away, he knew today would be no different than any other night. He pushed Alex away angrily and scrambled out of their bed. He started dressing himself. He was so livid, Alex could see him shaking. The Alpha swallowed and stood up, approached his partner cautiously.

"Dan..I,"

Daniel looked up, eyes brimming with angry tears. A furious look on his face, "No! Don't!..Just don't." Daniel was already almost fully dressed by now. He pulled on his sweatpants and was out the door in an instant. Alexander called out to him but Daniel never turned back.

Alexander slumped on the bed of their shared condo, dejectedly. It seemed today was bad. Daniel and Alexander had had this argument several times, especially in the past year, but his Omega would always talk to him. He never left like this, angry.

The tanned—skinned man knew what Daniel wanted. He wanted it too. He was an Alpha, after all. It took everything he had not to claim Daniel as his Omega. But Alexander was controlling himself because he was still studying. He wanted to be able to take care of Daniel, as he had promised himself years back, before claiming the Omega.

First time Alexander saw Daniel, it was four—years ago, when he started as a freshman in Engineering. Surprisingly, it was not the Omega's smell that struck him but his beautiful dark, deep eyes. There was something about them that called out to his Alpha immediately. Daniel was two years older to him, among the group of seniors assigned to mentor the first—years. The freshman was struck by how beautiful Daniel was, with his smooth pale skin, soft features influenced by his Thai origins, his fluffy cheeks and oh so elusive dimple, as well as the small but plump pouty lips. Alexander's Alpha growled when Daniel used his stern voice to instruct the younger students and make them understand the consequences of disobedience in the University. The strict demeanor did not match the Daniel's cute look, but it didn't mean he was any less intimidating. Alexander found himself getting attracted by everything that Daniel was.

It was general practice for the Omegas to wear concealers to hide their smell, so it was not until one grueling basketball practice that Alex was tickled with Daniel's natural sweet scent. Although the scent was subdued because of the concealers, the smell of sweet strawberry and cream bombarded his Alpha senses to the core. That is when Alex decided Daniel was his Omega and chased him relentlessly. Daniel might have been an intimidating senior, but as an Omega he was polite and shy and very easily embarrassed. The pink blush that graced his soft cheeks every time Alex said or did anything even remotely suggestive, made the Alpha's breath hitch. It was nearly seven months of courting that Daniel finally agreed to make it official and soon they were seen as a popular couple in the college.

And now it was four years and nearly two years of living together, and Alex had yet to claim his Omega. Over the years, the two had discussed this numerous times. The Alpha wanted to have a family but before having that, he wanted to be able to take care of it. How could he provide a comfortable life for Daniel while he was still studying? This was his last year, though. It was just a matter of five months for his graduation and then he would get a good job soon. He was already guaranteed a job at the company he had interned last year. He was keeping his options open and would approach several other companies.

The two of them had talked about all this. And at the beginning, it was not like this. Alexander could understand. The need to claim and be claimed had become much stronger ever since the two started living together two years ago. It was soon after Daniel had started working. Living together constantly, sleeping together every night, being there during Daniel's heat, just the overall increased proximity was adding to the urge to claim. But his beloved was really angry and upset today. He hoped Daniel would come back soon. It was already nearing eleven pm and Daniel's heat was close. Alexander hoped Daniel had sought out one of his friends rather than being on the streets. It wouldn't be safe for an unclaimed Omega at this time of the night. Daniel did not even take his cellphone with him. Alexander sighed and when he rubbed his face, he realized he was crying. "Come back home soon, my love. I'm so sorry, please.." he prayed.
