"This is the end," said teshonori looking out of the ship's window, as the skies began to grow darker with the strikes of the lightning and the raging of the sea waves.

"The elements have gone out of our grasps" he continued.

"Do the lightning frighten you?" Vandaru asked with just the hint of a smile.

Teshonori didn't tend to bait, he was an old man, past forty and has always been the great leader for kingdom Royaria and a wise man but always with every wisdom and greatness comes a little bit of madness and paranoia.

"Yugusrafu is dead," he said, the sea has been skittish for months now even the most elite ships we have might tussle to go onboard of the sea.

"Is it true?" Vandaru asked softly, "what proof do we have? Maybe we are the issue".

" we?" Asked the old man curiously as the sound of the lightning still ramming the skies.

"Perhaps ageing has taken over your mind," said vandaru, "have you forgotten that we are the ones in charge now? Since emperor yugusrafu death his powers got split up among the four kingdoms, including ours". He continued.

" they are four now?" The last time I heard they were only three" said the great leader.

"Haven't you heard the rumours?" Said the young general vandaru furiously, "moserini of intoishira is calling his people for a rebellion against us and the maegons, and since the sea is unsteady we are unable to send reinforcements for our troops there" he continued.

"Is it a rebellion?" Asked teshonori while staring at the furious waves of the waters from his ship's window, " the fellow is just trying to defend his land as any other man will do".

"And? That's it? We just going to watch our kingdom falling apart in front of our eyesight without even dashing moserino with a single one of our cannonballs! " said the young general desperately.

"In terms of cannonballs, we got plenty of them, the only issue is they can't reach neither moserini nor intoishira," said teshonori.

"So? Is this the end? The great undefeated teshonori is losing his lands because of some angry waves?" Asked vandaru.

"I'm afraid yes, this is the end unless this gale is planning to get over soon, all we can do right now is waiting," said the old man.

"Waiting? We got this massive ship we are onboard now and all we are going to do is wait? , I was probably right, ageing has taken over your sanity" said the young General angrily.

"Silence young man!" Cried teshonori, " you think one ship is enough? Moserini is out there with the earth artefact and a whole army on his land and you want to go fight him with only one ship?".

"We got the fire artefact!" Shouted vandaru.

"It's still one ship!" Replied the old man.

"We still have our army there" replied vandaru.

"It's been months since we heard any from them, they probably got wiped up by now, all our ships, our men, our generals all of them are gone, we got nothing in intoishira now," said teshonori.

Then silence spread among the captain's cabin for a while only bothered by the sound of the dark sky and the waves of the ramming water while the ship was sailing in one of royaria kingdom rivers heading to the white stone castle, also the rivers all across royaria kingdom were jammed by ships duo to low sailing activities because of the instability of the sea which slowed down the men from reaching their destination.

"We have a long voyage before us" pointed out vandaru breaking the silence, " right days maybe nine, and the night is falling" he continued.

Teshonori didn't bother to answer the young man and got out of the cabin and glanced at the dark sky with disinterest, the young man followed him out and both of them were staring at the raging sky in silence.

"You probably right," teshonori said calmly.

"Huh?" Replied vandaru while staring at the old man with confusion.

"You were right" repeated the old man.

"You probably need some rest, go back to your bed" and as vandaru was just leaving back to the cabin, teshonori spoke.

" We are the issue," said the old man.

"What do you mean? Stop the nonsense" replied vandaru.

"Those skies will never stop striking and those waves shall not calm from themselves, we have to do something," said teshonori.

"We? Do something? Like what, praying?" Asked vandaru sarcastically.

"I'm talking about us, those who have yuguarafu's artefacts " shouted teshonori.

" that includes moserini too," said vandaru.

" yes, unfortunately, all of this chaos is in favour of him, he doesn't seem to corporate in this issue" replied teshonori.

"What about other kingdoms? The maegons? Maybe the planks " asked vandaru.

"The maegons has already colonized parts of intoishira exactly like us except that they don't need ships to fight, how ironically, the one who got the waters artefact doesn't need the seas to battle" replied the old man with a desperate look on his eyes while staring at the dark sky.

"So the maegons got the waters artefact? I can assume the planks got the air's one then" said vandaru.

"Planks are way too far from us but they seem the only ones we can ally with" replied the old man with a look of hope on his wrinkled face.

"But how? You said we can't sail to intoishira and no ship can sail on that rattling waves, and now you want to sail to plank is kingdom which is way a longer voyage" said vandaru with confusion.

"Have you forgotten?" Said the great leader with a look of triumph on his face, " we still have one ship who can sail on those waves" he continued.

Then both of them looked beneath themselves right on the ship's ground they were putting their foots on.

"Out of the four artefacts that yugusrafu left his power on we got the fire one's and I believe the only way to stop this chaos is by uniting, the artefacts has been divided since yugusrafu's death, that's why the realm is going insane," said teshonori.

"What kind of alliance?" Asked vandaru.

"I have no clue" replied the old man while having the same expression on his face, "but I'm sure we can figure something out"

" or maybe slaughter yourselves," said vandaru.

"Who knows," said teshonori, " nobody knows what the skies are hiding for us, perhaps a stronger storm in this dark night, come in young man".

And both of the two men returned to the warm cabin.

"We still have a long voyage to the castle," said vandaru.

"I know," said teshonori, " we better go take some rest, when we arrive at the castle I want you to start preprations for our next voyage to the planks".

"You can count on me," said vandaru.

" always have been" replied teshonori.

And then each of the men went to their berths knowing that it's not the end.
