Eliana Cross POV

"What do you mean she's pregnant?" my father asks, turning his head angrily at me.

No, no, no ... it's out of the question, that can't happen! I'm only here for regular medical check-ups that any werewolf who turns 18 soon is doing.

"Eliana," my mother asks me unbelieving what she just heard. “What is the doctor talking about? How can you get pregnant when you haven't even had your first time shifting to wolf? For the goddess's sake, you are underage!”

I look into my father eyes and I feel sick and I can't say anything, I just repeat continuously:

“It must be a mistake!” but the doctor immediately showed my parents an image on the ultrasound monitor.

"Alpha" he says "this is the baby" and immediately turns on the sound and the whole office begins to resound with the sound of the baby's heartbeat that seems to be in my womb.

„Sweetie” my mom say trying to calm my father „I am sure that you never wanted something like this to happen „ please tell us who took advantage on you” and I see her having tears in her eyes, and looks at my father in panic.

"Who took your virginity?" My dad asks furious almost hitting me and now I am more panicked than before because I can't tell him the truth about my one-night stand. He will kill me instantly.

„Eli” says Lauren, my sister, coming near me and taking me in her arms, „Tell him the truth. It was not your fault , he will understand”

"But I can't be pregnant!" I yell and I start crying. “I protected myself. I took some pills to avoid pregnancy”

"This is not enough to avoid pregnancy all the time," says the doctor. „Sometimes is not efficient”

But immediately my father signals to the doctor to get out of the office and turning to me he says angrily:

"Tell me his name now!"

"I can't tell his name, daddy!" I say crying with all my heart. If he finds out that I slept with the enemy of our pack, this will start a war. I can't let something like this happen.

„Richard, please calm down” says my mom coming to him but he can’t hear a word and starts getting closer to me.

"Please, daddy, let me explain" I beg him, also coming towards him but he beckons me to stop.

“Don't take me with ''daddy ``! This will not work! You are my child and the heiress of this pack and what did you do? ” he asks me hitting with his fist in a wall, and making mom and Lauren to startle but even when I thought he would calm down I see him coming towards me transformed by anger he grabs me by the neck and he says to me:

"Tell me his name or I'll kill you here with the bastard in your belly." and I feel his arm tighten around my neck.

„Richard, stop!” my mother yells and immediately grabbed my father by the hand, trying to get me out of his hands, but without success.

„Tell him, Eli! "Says Lauren crying seeing me in this position.

“It was… it was ..” I can’t tell him the truth so I chose to lie to him.

"It was a rogue!" I say in a trembling voice.

"What?" he asks me with disgust and I also see my mom and Lauren looking at me with horror.

"I slept with a rogue three weeks ago." I tell him slowly.

„What are you doing, Eli?” Lauren whispers to me „Tell him the truth!” .

The truth is not an option now and I choose to keep my mouth close.

"You stupid and unworthy child!" he yells and lifting me he hits me and throws me to the ground.

„Richard!” yells my mom. „You are hurting her!” and Lauren tries to come to help me but my father stops them.

„Get out!” he yells at them, but they stay in their place unmoving.

„Get out, or I will punish you with her!”

„Go!” I say . "I don’t want anyone suffer because of me."

And because they don't move, I see my father grabbing them by the hand and pushing them out of the room , he slams the door in front of them as soon as they want to go back in.

"You make me look like a fool in front of my pack.” He says turning to me. „ How will I be able to look up in front of the members of this pack when my own child has been able to humiliate me in such a way? ”

And approaching me he makes me crawl on the floor trying to get away from him but as soon as he reaches me he spits on me and tells me:

“You are shameless. You’ve learned from me for so many years and I've wasted my time on you. You are just useless, ”says dad.

"Dad, please let me explain!" I try to tell him but nothing I can say, I know, it won't stop him. For the gods sake, he is my father! Will he really not give me the right to explain myself?

The thing is that I really didn’t mean it to do this on purse. All I know is that I was at a party and that I drank more than I should be. I remember the party, I remember perfectly how we danced with my sister and how the young people from the neighboring packs were circling and inviting us to dance with them but from one point I don't know too much. But how can I tell my father the truth? How could I tell him who I actually slept with?

"You are a whore Eliana, you chose to become a prostitute for a damn rogue instead of honoring this family. I gave you everything a werewolf could have wanted and what do I get in return? ” he asks me, looking at me contemptuously.

"A whore, that's what you are!" he says "And let me tell you that in our family we have no place for such a thing."

"No, please, dad!" I tell him to cry out loud. "I was wrong, please forgive me," I tell him, clinging to him, but my father didn't show me a second of any pity, and pushing me away from him as if I were a plague or a contagious disease, he tells me with hatred:

"From now on you are disinherited!"

And I feel the tears stop in my throat . I know what's next. I always thought my father was right. I always thought he was judging fairly, but now I realize how wrong I was.

I am his own child and for him all that matters is his status.

“I am your child” I say to him looking in his eyes. I know that I fucked up but I am his child beyond that. He told me all my life how proud he is of me and how much he values me but now, at the first opportunity when I disappointed him, he throws me like garbage.

"You are a disgrace. I'm disinheriting you. From this day on, I no longer consider you my daughter. This pack will never get into your hands . You challenged me, Eliana, you hit me where no alpha will ever accept to be hurt. "

“It's only your self-esteem that was challenged, dad” I tell him with dignity.

"I told you that you are not my child anymore!" he yells. "Don't call me 'dad' ever!" and rushing towards me he asks me "Did you understand?"

"Yes!" I yell at him. "I understand!"

"Eliana Cross" he says looking straight into my eyes. "From now on you are banned from Crescent Moon Pack."

"What!?!?!?" I ask in shock. "You can not do that!"

"You'll pack up and leave!" he tells me angrily.

"Dad, but I am pregnant, is it really necessary?" I ask him, imploring him. To become a rogue being pregnant is almost like a death sentence for me. I have no experience. I just can’t be alone in this damn nightmare.

But my dad has no mercy and he mindlink his beta who looks shocked at me as soon as he enters the doctor's office.

"Call all the members of the pack in front of the house." my father orders. „NOW!”

"What are you doing?" my mother asks coming behind us as soon as my father starts crawling me after him until we reach the front of the pack house where the whole pack is already gathered. „Richard , don't do anything crazy! "she begged but dad is too angry to hear her.

He is looking at the pack members and then he show me with his index finger.

“She is banned from this moment. Throw her out now and don't let her take anything with her!”

And all the members start to murmur making my father even more furious. Lauren takes mom in her arms because she is almost collapsing and she is looking at me with her eyes full of fear.

„You will erase all her previous records in this pack and from now on no one is allowed to mention her or you will be punishment.” Says my father. „She is not a member of this pack anymore!”

And my father beta approaches me and lifts me off the ground trying to crawl me after him .

And I just realize : maybe I was wrong, maybe I disappointed my father but .. I am his daughter...

„Please dad...” I say crying "Don't do this!"

„Throw the garbage out!" he says and all the pack members gasp in shock. I never been so humiliated in my life.

So I stand up and pushing the beta hand that was holding me , I look Dad in the eye and say bravely:

"I do not need to be dragged out. This day was revealing. All you care about is your status in this pack. Keep your pack, dad ”I say emphasizing the word“ dad ”. And staring into his eyes, I tell him.

"I hope this pack is enough for you, dad .” and looking at mom and Lauren I say to them softly” I will miss you ! ” and leave without looking back.

I will not let him see me destroyed.

"We'll handle it baby!" I say carrying my hands on my womb. "We will make it in this damn mean world!"
