In a diner somewhere in the middle of New York
A lady walked into the space, looking far from graceful and more disgraceful.
She looked around unbothered by the stares that were thrown her way.
She chewed gum loudly and looked around until she spotted who she was looking for.
"Bingo!" She smirked and did her very much infamous walk to the table.
" Mr Gray ?" She asked questioningly
" Yes, Miss Knight. Please have a sit " He gestured to the seat opposite him.
On heels in a black jacket and black jean trousers, she had on a bright red lipstick and smelt of alcohol. She looked like she had a hangover. Luca raised his brow as he assessed her from head to toe.
She sat down hurriedly "Okay what's for lunch"
Without waiting for his reply, she called for the waiter and took a sip out of his black coffee, then made a gagging sound.
" That's horrible...." She wiped her mouth with her hands and rubbed it all over her jeans.
Luca Gray pursed his lips tightly as he watched her crude behavior.
When she noticed his stare, she paused. "You don't mind, do you?" She asked with an innocent expression her lipstick was smudged all over her jacket.
Her hair was like a bird nest and she blinked continuously like an owl.
He wasn't much of a clean freak but he
certainly didn't feel such " horridness " he thought with disgust
" Of course not, carry on " he answered in a dry sarcasm. Folding his hand, his muscle budged from underneath; it looked like it was fighting to get out of the fitted suit.
Alicia raked her eyes over his body and gulped,
his long strong legs that hit the underneath of the table when he moved and his biceps that looked sturdy under his suit jacket.
She could dissuade that he was hot and at least 6ft 5 inches tall.
It was just a pity she would have to chase him away.
She almost wished she wasn't dressed like a mad woman, but with a glance at his arrogant expression, she knew she had made the right decision once again.
Luca sighed and almost cursed at his bedridden grandmother.
She was devouring him alive, then she shook her head as if to clear away the spell.
The waitress who brought the menu stared at her and then at Luca in pity but quickly changed her expression when she felt his cold gaze.
" What would you like, Sir....and miss?", she said the last part with a stiff smile. Because Alicia didn't wait for her to complete the sentence before grabbing the menu off her arm.
She ranted on and on, choosing 13 different meals when she was done. She looked at Luca and was surprised he had an amused look instead of getting angry.
" Is that all, Miss Knight, or would you like to order more?" His words left her speechless for a while
" He's not disgusted yet.......hmn looks like he has a twisted taste. Maybe I've succeeded in exciting a psychoShehe felt her spine run cold as she thought of the possibility and stared at him with disbelieve as if she had figured out everything
That'll be all, Mr Gray," she answered with a stiff grin. "Good, let's dig in " he nodded.
And picked up his cutlery to eat the crude food combination she ordered.
Alicia ate as noisily as she could clattering the utensils.
At last, the meal was over, and Isabella couldn't help being impressed by his resilience; she was now totally convinced he liked weird and crazy women.
" So, let's talk about what we came here for today"
