She was speaking on the phone call while checking her shopping bag a second time.

when she heard the salesman's voice she raised her head and smiled taking her credit card from the salesman's hand.

After collecting her shopping bag she walked toward the exit.
She seems to be in rush.
She was holding a mobile phone in one hand and a few shopping bags in the other.

Just as when she steps out of the shop door suddenly.......
