Julia POV

"My daughter, be careful there in Manila okay? Take care of yourself there." my mother told me I'm leaving now for Manila to work there.

"Yes mom, be careful here too mom." I said sweetly.

"My God, you're young! Why is it that you want in Manila you can work her in our province if you want."

"Mom, the salary is big there. We can afford buy your medicine if I work in Manila I hope you understand mom." I said sadly.

"Okay don't forget to pray and always call me. I'll miss you" mom said emotionally.

"I'm also mom. All right, I'm leaving so I might miss the bus" I hugged my mother once more before I finally got on the bus for the first time with my mother to be separated like this so I'll miss her too much perk is needed to make our lives better, my father is gone when I'm just a child, so I need to work hard for my mother.

*MANILA*

I'm already in Manila. When I got off the bus, the smoke came up on me and there were a lot of people. I looked again at the address written on the paper. I have a best friend her. My best friend is Elaine. I'll stay with her first. I ride a Jeep and I arrived in less than 30 minutes. I was looking for the house itself suddenly someone called me.

"Julia! Is that you? .. Oh my friend!" Elaine hugged me.

"Why didn't you tell me you were coming now and I would have picked you up."

"It's okay, it's not hard to find your house Elaine." She helped me with the bags I was holding.

I'm done I thought I would clean the kitchen and until I finished but they still didn't come down I cleaned the living room I swept, arranged the things wiped the windows I finished but they still didn't come down I looked at the clock at noon I thought I ate well by lunch I heard their footsteps down while laughing.

"I'm leaving babe, by the way I'm enjoying." said Tristan.

"Me too babe. Come back later." Elaine replied.

"Of course I'll miss you so that's why." Tristan whispered to Elaine causing her to giggle.

"Bye Julia." I nodded to Tristan then left.

"The house is so cleaned. Did you clean?" Elaine ask.

"Ah Yes, so that I can do something. Why did you take so long to come down?"

"Hahaha! I thought you knew we made love." She said happily.

"Make love?" I ask confused.

"You really don't know that." I saw a red mark on her neck.

"Ah! Elaine, did you get bitten by a cockroach?" She grabbed her neck and then laughed out loud.

"Hahaha! Your really a province girl Julia hahaha!" She climbed to the top again and left me confused because I don't know why she's laughing.

I woke up early to get ready because now I am going to apply to a company.

"Elaine I'm leaving." I said goodbye.

"Hey wait a minute I'll take that to you." She handed me a phone.

"Is this mine? Are you sure?" I ask.

"Yup because Tristan bought me a new phone so that's yours. There's also my number."

"Ahh. All right thank you. All right I go now."

"If you get lost, call me ha." I nodded to her I got in the Jeep about 15 minutes later the jeep suddenly stopped.

"Son of! . It's still broken oh" said the driver

"What happened?" A passenger asked.

"The machine is broken. I'm sorry but we're just here."

"Ano Ano ba naman!" I don't want to be late because it is long so I just thought of walking it.

"What is that! The pain in my foot." I complained walking and running I was doing I could smell sweat when suddenly someone spat on me.

"Aahhh !!" I shouted as more dirty water spewed on my clothes I took a rock and quickly threw the car.

"Hey! Come back here! Hey!" I shouted and I saw the car back up. I approached It and then one after another knocking on the car window.

"Hey you !. Come down! Look at what you did to my clothes ha! Hey come down!" The man came down and I was stopped because he was so handsome in an office suit

"Hey Miss? Miss!" I stopped when he spoke and I remembered his fault.

"Hey you, look at what you did to my clothes! Do you know that I'm going to apply for a work look what you did!? It's too late for me to go home just to change."

"Shut up Miss. Take this and buy new clothes." I looked at him he gave me 500 pesos he would have come back to the loon when I stopped him.

"What is it ? Aren't you so sorry?"

"Tsk! Feeling!" I shouted. I looked at my watch again for 10 minutes, so instead of buying clothes, I just ran fast.

I was out of breath when I arrived at the company I was going to apply for, I was still there. I just combed my hair with my hand. There was a long line until we were called one by one for an interview. the woman will immediately interview my dress.

"Sit down." She said and I sat down immediately.

"So your from Quezon Province your a Cumlaude of your school and your 23 yrs old. I like your Resume." She said straight.

"Thank you ma'am" I answered.

"Do you know what work you are applying Miss? You will be the secretary of the president of the company." She explained.

"Yes ma'am I know that." She kept asking me until I got out he said just wait I said I waited for about 30 minutes too.

"I have already chosen five for the final interview and to those I haven't called can leave after." She called the names for the final interview until only one will be called.

"And lastly Julia Perez. You Five follow me." We followed her we entered the elevator she hit the 15th floor.

"First I want to tell you girls that the President of this company is rude, he doesn't like sloppy people, he's quick to get angry and even if he chooses to be his 215th secretary."

"215 please?" I asked.

"No! Because your fired!" The president shouted into the man as if he was still crying.

"S-sir?"

"WHAT!" he shouted again.

" The applicants are outside already."

"Okay! let them in!" Ma'am returned to us.

"You can come in now."

"Ah we won't go on."

"We will apply to others."

"Yeah we can't deal that attitude." they said then left.

"You! Are you Ms. Perez will you continue?"

"A-ah Y-Yes I will continue."
