The man stepped out of the car and called out to him,

　　Roman, roman!! My son where are you?

　　A boy of the age thirteen walked out of the house and hurriedly rushed to the man, jumping to his shoulder. The man moved back slightly at the impact, he caressed his back and kissed him on his cheek.

　　“My man, how are you doing?”

　　“I'm fine daddy I've been waiting for you to come home. What happened to, I will be coming on time? I'm so hungry.”

　　“Oh, I'm so sorry son, where is your mom? I told her to make you eat if I were to be late from work.”

　　“She's sleeping dad.”

　　“And your siblings?”

　　“They are also sleeping. ”

　　“And what are you doing awake? I only called you out to make sure you were really sleeping. It's unfortunate but I only came back to pick my suit case. I am going to attend a business meeting with the first flight the next morning.”

　　“What daddy why? I will come with you then. I promise, I won't make trouble for you. I will just play I won't disturb you, I promise.”

　　“Ok, let's go inside and discuss it.” said the man

　　They got inside and saw a woman sitting in the sofa, when she heard their footsteps, she turned their way and gave them a fake smile.

　　“You are back honey, I heard you shout for Roman, so I came down from the room to see you. How was work?” she asked.

　　“Work is going well, Roman get me some water from the fridge.” said the man.

　　He walked out of there and his parents started chatting.

　　He was on his way to the hall when he heard them whisper to each other his footsteps stilled when he heard his mother say,

　　“No you can't do that, I have children too. You can't give him everything, Jude.” said the woman.

　　“But he's the elderest child, he can take care of the rest of you when I am away. Viola, you know he's a good child right? Alright I will make all the necessary arrangements no need for our arguments.” said Jude

　　“Never you won't do that I can take care of them if something happens to you, don't do this.” said Viola

　　“But what if you leave us first? Let's not talk here anymore. He might be coming back with the water. ” said Jude.

　　The room quietened down and he went inside smiling. He gave the water to the man and he thanked him, carressed his head and told him to make the arrangements for the next day trip. He excitedly left for his room after kissing them goodnight even with his mother frowning.

　　The next morning was the traveling day, early in the morning, they left for the airport after taking breakfast and bidding their family good bye. At the airport, the sat on a the travelers seat waiting for the plane to be ready. A girl of the age, nine years in spectacles and a pink handmade chiffon dress came with bodyguards following her. She stood in front of Roman and said,

　　“Handsome, how about you stand up and give your seat to the beautiful lady?”

　　He looked her up and down and looked back at the guards following her but instead of quietly standing up and giving her the seat in fear like any boy will do, he only smirked and turned his attention from her. The man looked on at the two kids in amusement.

　　She felt wronged, so she pouted, stomped her feet and went to the back seat which she wasn't comfortable with and sat on it. She took her cellphone and took a picture of his side face and cursed.

　　“It's the first time, someone ignored me and it's after I've even called him handsome. I've never done that before, stupid boy now I will hate you for the rest of my life. ”

　　She hummed removed her spectacle and looked at the picture angrily but suddenly a smile played on her lips unknowingly to her.

　　The man watched his son closely, but couldn't help but ask

　　“Son why didn't you give up your seat for the lady?” asked Jude.

　　“It's first come first serve, it's not right to give your seat to someone who didn't earn it. That's spoiling them, look at the way she's acting, I think she thinks she owns the world that's very wrong for a child of her age." Said Roman.

　　“So you want to earn everything you get in life but not having it passed onto you without working for it?” asked Jude.

　　“Yes dad you are correct, do not give what you have to someone who hasn't earned it. That's my perspective in life anyway Daddy.” said Roman.
