Introduction
Alexander Austin is faced with a frustrating situation, he's a successful CEO of an advertising and marketing firm that was built up by his grandfather. Since time was closing in and Alex had zero interest in dating since his nasty breakup with his ex fiance, his only option was to find a surrogate. Cali Adair had a life of tragedy, losing her mom to a shark attack when she was just 10 years old to losing her father after he was shot on the job as a police officer when she was 16. She still cared for her brother and fought to make sure his dreams came true. At 25 yrs old it seemed that life wouldn't go the way they wanted. As she pursued dancing throughout college, tragedy struck when she got injured, sidelining her from competing in dance which helped provide for her and her brother. Alex's POV

It has been 3 years since I have taken over Austin Advertising and found out that for me to continue to be the CEO of this multibillion dollar corporation that I would need to have a family started by the time I was 30. It was a crazy stupid clause that my grandfather had put into the contract for becoming CEO when he was stepping down, this was meant for anyone who wanted to be CEO, especially if they were young like I was. He was obsessed with continuing his lineage. I was on the right track for this until a year later I caught my fiance in bed with my vice president. Since then I have had zero desire to date. This was a problem as now I was turning 28 and I needed to have a child in the next 2 years which means I needed to find a different way other than love and marriage.

I decided to put out an ad for a surrogate as I needed to find a different route that wouldn't cause me more stress then what I was already dealing with in making sure I made the right decisions for the company.

When putting the ad out there I made sure to hide my identity but was still shocked at the sheer amount of people who were trying to apply, some I'm sure were just trying to get their next fix.

'How am I going to find the perfect girl to give my child/heir the best chances at life?' I thought to myself.

  Cali's POV

I was scanning through the classifieds trying to find a 2nd job, maybe even a third one so that I could help my brother Tyler. It's been a week since we were given the unfortunate news that he has cancer and that while it was still in the treatable phase, it was going to be expensive and we would need to act quickly before it spread as it would become aggressive if not treated.

"Cal, you don't need to do this. I'll just take out loans to pay the debts." Tyler pleaded with me.

"Ty, I don't want to hear it. You already helped me with my mounting medical debt when I tore that ligament. We have to stick together and after mom and dad, I can't lose you." I retorted, trying to sound strong and not let my voice crack with emotion.

I then spotted an ad that at first sight looked odd and too good to be true. 10 million dollars to be a surrogate, fifty grand to be given if chosen right off the bat, and another fifty grand when pregnancy pops positive, installments given throughout the pregnancy, and remaining amount given after the birth. It also stated that I would need healthy eggs so it implied that they would be fertilizing the surrogate's own eggs.

'This can't be true, if it is then this would be perfect, I could still work my main job and do this. I'm healthy and young enough for this.' I thought to myself.

Tyler looking over my shoulder at what I was reading, grumbled, " you've got to be kidding me, ruining your body for that amount of cash to save my life?"

"Oh come on Ty, there wouldn't be any other way for me to be able to ensure that you can get your treatments. I've got to do this. Plus I would be technically ruining my body by stressing myself out on whether or not I could pay for your treatments and pay for rent," I replied persuadingly.

"Fine but you better be careful with this," he sighed and hugged me.

At that point I filled out the application and attached one of my favorite photos of myself. I had hoped that I at least would get a call back for a chance to interview. There was no harm in trying. It wasn't even an hour later when I received a call stating what address I needed to to to and what time I needed to be there.

The next day I went to the interview for the surrogate position. I made sure to dress in a very nice outfit, black pencil skirt that hugged nicely around my hips and ass showing the lower half of my hour glass figure, I paired it with a blue silk short sleeved blouse that I tucked into the skirt that went over the curve of my breasts seamlessly perfect. I wore it with a pair of professional black pumps. As I reached the destination for the interview I was shocked to realize it was going to be at Austin Advertising, I had dreamed of working for this company since I was a teen.

I reached the reception desk and stated that I was there for the interview and the middle aged woman with gray streaks through her hair looked up at me and at first had a grumpy look on her face but upon looking at me decided to smile and brightly shine as if she was approving of me. She instructed me to sit in the waiting area and she will let her boss know that I had arrived.

  Alex's POV

When the email came through that another application had came through I groaned. I know I was being overly picky but frankly I wanted at least half of my child's Gene's to be a certain way. When I opened the application, however, I was completely stunned. The photo that was attached showcased an absolutely gorgeous woman. Slanted almond eyes, long and thick light brown hair that was styled perfectly around her oval face. She had high cheekbones and a mega watt smile. Her lips looked as if they would be voluptuous. Her eyes were even a unique green that almost glowed. Looking over her application I noticed she was half native american and that made me wonder what her other half was because while some of the features I could see the native american in her but others like her light hair and light eyes I couldn't, she even had a lighter skintone but looking closer you could see that if she got out in the sun she would look darker. Her application stated no major genetic issues and that she however needed the money to help pay her brother's medical Bill's as he was diagnosed with cancer. She was the one, I told my receptionist, Margaret, to call her and to set up the interview.

The next day I grew anxious in waiting to see the woman that I would be picking for this task. I nearly jumped when my phone rang and Margaret told me she was here. I informed her to go on and bring her in.

As the door opened and in walked the slender yet curvy woman that I have chosen to be my surrogate I felt my breathe catch. She was of good height but still petite, I still towered over her. She was dressed professionally which means she wanted to impress.

"Welcome Ms. Adair. I was just looking over your application more in depth." I quickly stated readjusting my demeanor to be more CEO like.

"Thank you sir, I am happy that you decided to interview me for this chance." She replied with a polite little smile.

"You are very welcome. In all honesty, based off the information you put on this application, as long as you pass a physical exam I am ready to hire you as the surrogate. That of course means if you are willing to agree to the terms that would be put into contract," I said.

"Of course, I am prepared to do what is necessary." She replied, her voice sounding like silk.

"Good. Here are my conditions for this position. You will stop using your birth control and begin on the proper vitamins that are needed to help with getting pregnant. You will sign a confidentiality contract stating you will not go to the press about this. I am to come to all doctors appointments during the pregnancy, I intend to be an actual father to this child and want to be part of the entire process. Once you have been off your birth control for a month and have been taking the prenatal care the doctors will then start with the insemination process as it will increase the likelihood of you getting pregnant rather than starting now. The end of the contract will be open ended depending on how you feel, as i would love for the child to have a mother but if you feel that is not what you want you can give up any rights to seeing or being a mother to the child at that time. How does that sound to you?" I stated.

"That sounds very reasonable and like you have thought this through completely. I am willing to do all of that. I do, however, have one question though." She looked at me questioningly.

  "Go on." I replied shortly.

"Why are you in need of a child this way? It seems to me a man like yourself would be set to be married and able to start a family in a day if he wanted." She questioned.

"I am contractually obligated to produce an heir by my 30th birthday which is in 2 years or I lose my company. I have no intention of dating but would very much like to be a father as I thought I would have been by this point in my life." I was honest with her but kept the complete details out of it.

"I see and understand, the dating world can be cruel. Now, where do I sign." She replied back nicely.

We signed the paperwork necessary and I took her back to the doctor that came to do the examination. She wrote her out a prescription for prenatals and advised to cease all birth control which ended up being a good time as I learned that she was on the placebo part of her birth control now so she just wouldn't refill it. I would be seeing her in about a month to continue this process.
