Being wronged by others can be tolerate for once overall twice to thrice but being wronged for years is beyond anyone's limit. Jenny learned to live alone without expectation. She stopped to dream cause shattered dreams and shattered life can only make the pain intense.

Third person's POV

1994

In a private hospital, two patients are going to give birth one is premature of 7 month and the other is normal.

Mr Jones Thomas is pacing to and fro in the hospital corridor.

' you should be ashamed of yourself what have you done, how can you make both of them pregnant at the same time' said Anna Thomas, Jonas mom.

' I haven't make them pregnant at the same time it was 3 month difference and it was a mistake with Hailey' replied Jonas.

' shut the hell up Jonas don't you feel shame to talk about it with your mother, and what you said it's a mistake with Hailey, with your own wife. You should die with shame, just because of your negligence Hailey suffered and got labor pain before time. If anything happens to Hailey I will forget about you being my son.' said Mrs Thomas angrily.

Jonas was unhappy. He asked his mom what about Jade isn't she also in this situation just because they didn't allowed him to marry her and forced Hailey on him.

Mrs Thomas angrily replied you know nothing. It was Jade who was fooling around with others. She even had doubt that the child in Jade's womb maybe not his.

'Mom are you saying this because you don't like Jade. According to your wish I married Hailey and fulfilled my part. But now don't blame falsely on Jade. I'm moving out with Jade and you have no say in this.' by saying so, Jonas walked towards Jade's ward leaving Hailey's.

At the same time Hailey's parents come to visit her and saw the situation. They were shocked. Mr and Mrs Granger wanted to take their daughter with them after the delivery.

But Mrs Thomas tried to be reasonable with them. Dr come out from Hailey's operation ward and give them the news of birth of a son.

Mr Derek Thomas just come now from office. And receive the news of the birth of his grandson. He was overjoyed. After learning the ruckus his son has done, he was super angry. But still Mr Thomas convence Hailey's parents to keep Hailey in the Thomas mansion.

After hearing Hailey's wails her mother asked the Dr why is she still wailing. The Dr replied she was pregnant with twins and now her 2nd child is making her cry. Everyone was thrilled by learning her being pregnant with twins.

' why hasn't anyone said about her carrying twins to us.' asked Mrs Granger.

Mrs Thomas guiltyly said ' she was upset with Jones ignorance so, last 3 month she didn't visit any Dr.'

This time Mr Granger said, ' just because of your words I'm leaving my daughter in your house Derek. If now anything goes worng I won't hold back anymore.'

Other side Jade died while giving birth. She gave birth to a baby girl.

Jonas was devastated. But he thought if Hailey didn't give birth till now then he will tell her that she has given birth to twins. And Hailey will be happy, his daughter would get a mom and his mom will be also satisfied.

And as Jade had died so he can't love anyone else. And Hailey also suffered between him and his mom.

By reaching infront of Hailey's operation theater Jones listen her wailing in pain. He frown and thought why is it taking so much time for delivery.

Mrs Granger has seen Jonas standing with a baby in his arms. She couldn't stop herself from scolding him.

Jonas silently listen the scolding and said Jade died. Mr Thomas becomes uneasy, whatever said they knew her from childhood. If she was not unfaithful then they might married her with his son.

Jonas could not understand what he was feeling after learning Hailey was pregnant with twins. If it was not for him then Hailey would not have to go through this.

After an hour Hailey give birth to a baby girl.

They named the baby girl of Jade as Evelyn, the son as Harry, and the other baby girl as Jenny.

Year 2000

In this 6 years many things have changed. Jenny was neglected in every matter. Her vaccines were delayed, she was given the rejected pieces of Evelyn. Hailey also doted her step daughter by thinking if she neglected her then she will be suspicious and she didn't wanted to let the truth known to the children's. By watching the behavior of Harry's parents Harry also didn't give much attention to Jenny.

Jenny only receive gifts from her grandparents. She also receive attention when her maternal grandparents used to visit them.

But once Jenny heard the conversation between two servants, they were talking how can Mrs Thomas allow the daughter of a mistress, also doted on her.

At that time Jenny didn't understand a word so she asked her grandmother, ' grandma what is the meaning of mistress?'

Old Mrs Thomas became shocked and scolded Jenny.

Old Mrs Thomas called Hailey and scolded her because of her negligence.

Hailey when learn what Jenny has asked, she silently listen the scolding then scolded Jenny. Because she doesn't want the children's to learn about the past. And Jenny asking such question will lead them there only.

Jenny becomes more sad 1st she was scolded by her grandmother then by her mother but she don't know what she has done wrong.

Same day at night Mr Jones Thomas returned home after 10 days business trip, he called his children and started to distribute gifts. There was one piece short in every gift. Actually the new secretary didn't knew he has 3 children, he thought he has 2 children so he bought everything in 2 pieces.

And according to age Mr Jones gave gift so when he comes to give Jenny there was nothing.

Jenny being a child asked ' dad where is my gifts.'

Mr Jones becomes embarrass and said he will take her tomorrow to buy gifts.

Mrs Hailey was already angry with Jenny so she said, there is no need, Jenny is already disobedient so it's her punishment to not receive anything.

Jenny being dishearten went to her room and ponder about the day.

Jones said ' Hailey she is only a child, and it was my secretary's mistake.'

Hailey said about Jenny's question even Jonas becomes upset as he doesn't want Evelyn to feel neglected.

But they didn't thought their attitude will only increase the suspicious in the children's heart. And they were inexperienced parents with 3 children, so it's obvious to make mistake. But every mistake every negligence was done over Jenny.

By that 4 more years passed.

In this 4 years Jenny decoded the meaning of mistress also the past by hearing from her surroundings and also by some research.

But Jenny didn't knew who was the child of the mistress. She started to point out things by observing everyone's attitude she comes to conclusion that she is the mistress daughter. Jenny still have some hope to prove it wrong. But her name is Jenny, the mistress's name was Jade. Jade was not liked by her grandparents and she also get cold shoulder from everyone. Her mom doesn't give her much attention. Her father always forgets her.

She calculated, in the family she is the extra piece that too unwanted one.

Evelyn was pitiful, so everyone appreciated Evelyn. The family joked Jenny's unannounced born how her birth was surprise for them.

But this only make the children believe that Jenny was unwanted. That's why their parents don't give any attention to her.

The time Jenny concluded her as mistress daughter, she becomes devastated, she started to feel shame on her breathing.

At the same time Jenny started to respect her mom more. As she thought even after her being the illegal child, her maternal grandparents which is Hailey's parents didn't neglected her.

But Jenny started to avoid every get-together, she specially avoided being present in shopping and when anyone brought gifts. As if anything was short then it was her only not to receive anything.

Jenny also thought everyone brought things for her just not to make things obvious not because they wanted to buy her gifts.

Jenny have already prepared her future plan. And she doesn't want to be a burden anymore.

There's a orphanage beside Jenny's school so one day she goes to visit there and proposed to work as a helper for free of cost. Jenny knew at the age of 10 that she won't get any paying job. Also she needs experience to live alone. So orphanage is the best place to learn to be independent. Reality really snatch innocence, which is the same case with Jenny.
