When Corbin opened his eyes, he saw a woman in a strange outfit taking off his pants!

How dare this woman with a face full of wrinkles s*xually assault him?

Corbin suddenly sat up from the bed with anger. He wanted to push the woman away, only to find that the woman's eyes were widened when she saw him sitting up. Her eyes were full of disbelief!

Corbin touched the back of his head. Where was he?

Suddenly, a gust of cold wind quickly wrapped around his whole body, and a lump of memory instantly rushed into his mind.

"Inashull... Corbin... His parents died... Corbin was poisoned to death..."

Corbin's felt so painful that his face was contorted by the pain. As soon as he stood up, his limbs became weak and he fell to the ground.

At the moment when he fainted, he vaguely saw the figure of a woman pushing the door and coming in.

As soon as Katie entered the door, she saw that Corbin had half of his pants taken off, and there was a fainted nurse next to him. She was shocked till she screamed, and rushed out to call the other nurses.

After several medical staff made a fuss, Corbin finally lay back on the bed.

His thoughts gradually cleared up.

He was originally the First Chaplain of the Drido, the top imperial doctor of the royal family. He didn't expect that the cauldron would explode during this medicine test.

He had travelled through time to his descendant’s body, Corbin, which he lived in a thousand years later.

Originally, Corbin was from a rich family, he was also very talented. He did his postgraduate study in Claton’s University of Science and Technology, but because he made bad friends and started to be on drugs, he dropped out of school.

Not long after he came back, his parents were involved in a car accident.

During troubled times, disasters were frequent. Shareholders withdrew their funds one after another, and his parents' company went bankrupt.

The worst thing was, he didn't know who lured him to take drugs again, and his addiction started again.

Of course, his fiancee had been taking care of him for the following days, but he still killed himself.

Corbin sighed. It was not difficult to speculate that the death of his parents, their company's bankruptcy, and the fact that someone else had lured him to death due to excessive drugs were all deliberate.

The door was pushed open, and a woman in a professional tight skirt came in. She looked extremely beautiful.

It was Katie, his fiancee.

Even though he had seen a lot of beautiful women, he still stared.

"The doctor said that you had symptoms of suspended animation. Everything is alright now. Get off drugs in the future," Katie said in a faint tone.

"I won't do it in the future. I'm sorry I made you worry." Corbin felt ashamed for this descendant.

Katie was stunned and then snorted. "It’s none of my business. You don't have to feel sorry for me. And you can be discharged from the hospital already."

Katie was the kind of woman who was more traditional. She had her own small company, so even if the Howe family had fallen, she had never thought of breaking the engagement.

If it weren't for the fact that Corbin was addicted to drugs, she might have really married him.

Corbin quickly sat up and said seriously, "Katie, I promise that I won't touch that thing again. I promise that I will take good care of you from now on."

Katie's delicate body trembled slightly, and she looked at Corbin in surprise.

She had mixed feelings in her heart, and she felt like there was always an illusion.

It seemed liked this fiance was really a little different this time.

Could it be that he had changed his mind after he had died once?

But was it really so easy to get rid of drug addiction? Katie shook her head and did not quite believe it.

"I'm going to work," Katie said.

Just as Katie was about to go out, the door was pushed open again. A man in a suit came over with flowers in his hands.

"Katie, you've rejected me for so many times. This time, you can't reject me no matter what you say. It's just a meal."

"I don't have time." Katie glared at Chad.

"Katie, would you rather waste the whole morning taking care of this good-for-nothing than spend some time with me for a meal?"

Chad handed the flower to Katie. Perhaps he felt that his attitude just now was too fierce, he said softly, "Our families are old friends, and your father is trying his best to match us. Are you not willing to give me a chance?"

Katie quietly took a step back and said, "I'll say it again. I have a fiance. Besides, no one can make decisions for me, except for myself."

After that, she left quickly without paying attention to Chad.

Staring at Katie's soft waist and slender legs, Chad's eyes became more and more gloomy.

He had to get this woman!

Turning around, Chad stared at Corbin with disgust and fierceness.

Corbin was also staring at Katie's back and swallowing saliva. He was very happy in his heart. After all, his fiancee was so sexy and beautiful. The main thing was that she kept her virtue. It was too difficult for her to still be with him till this point.

Chad was extremely angry, he threw the flowers in his hand at Corbin.

"You're a darn miracle. You are still alive after all the drugs. I advise you to stay away from her, or I'll kill you sooner or later."

He thought that Corbin had died, but he didn't expect that he would come back to life.

Corbin was very unhappy. After all, he was an imperial Chaplain, even the emperor didn't dare to talk to him like this. Who was this guy?

How could he not see that this fool was trying to snatch his wife?

"You’d better not think of snatching my woman." Corbin almost fell down when he was about to get out of bed.

Chad didn't expect that Corbin dared to resist, so he was stunned. "Oh, good-for-nothing, you want to fight?"

Corbin was about to take action, but he didn't expect his body to be so weak.

"What the f*ck, his body is so weak!"

He wanted to show off, but it seemed like there was a risk.

"Look at you, good-for-nothing, can you hit me? Remember, Katie is my woman. You'd better die quickly, lest you become a cuckold." Chad sneered with his face full of joy.

Corbin stared at him. His d*mn body couldn’t fight.

"You can't fight me, you good-for-nothing." Chad left proudly.

"F*ck, I have to recover quickly. Otherwise, I might be cuckolded." Corbin thought to himself.

Corbin climbed up to the bed slowly and began to carefully check his body.

The meridians in this body were blocked, and his muscles were shriveled. Unless he used a highly effective medicinal bath, only the poison in this body could be forced out.

"The Bone-nourishing Soup should be good." Corbin thought that it was sufficient to take a medicinal bath.

Although this disease was complicated, it was still not difficult for him, who was a master in traditional Chinese medicine.

Corbin changed his clothes and went outside, but he was stunned again.

He needed money to buy medicine. If he wanted to make a medicinal bath, the amount of medicine would be greater. How could he have money?

Should he borrow money from Katie? He still couldn't let go of his pride.

"F*ck you, you bunch of good-for-nothings. Idiot, can you cure my neck?" An angry roar came from downstairs.

Corbin glanced downwards and slowly went downstairs.

A buff man in a white suit, but with a very tanned face, was raising his neck and cursing.

"D*mn it, they are all quacks, scammers!"

The young doctor behind the dark-skinned man looked very flustered and uneasy, hoping that the strong man would not make a scene.

This was an A-class Hospital. There were a lot of people, so it would have a bad impact on them if he made a big scene.

At this time, a middle-aged doctor came over with a frown and asked with an imposing manner, "What's going on?"

The young doctor seemed to have grabbed a life-saving straw and quickly leaned over. "Mr. Rios, this is the patient……"

Arthur Rios glared at the young doctor. The newcomer was still too young to control the situation.

The man in the white suit noticed that Arthur didn't look like a young doctor in terms of bearing or words, so he became a little more polite.

"The doctors in your department agreed last time that I would be cured within a day for eight thousand dollars. I still have to attend a bidding meeting tonight, which involves millions of dollars in the contract. Now my neck is not only not cured, but it is getting worse and worse. What do you think I should do?"

"I see." Arthur nodded without hesitation. "Show me the patient's X-ray."

When the X-ray was handed to Arthur, he looked at it and said, "Sir, this is not a simple stiff neck."

Upon hearing this, the man became nervous.

"See? It's obvious that it’s bulging here, and there's an unusual bulge in your spine. Trauma was inflicted on your spine, causing the nerves to inflame."

Arthur's expression turned serious and he said solemnly, "Your symptoms are quite serious. We won't be able to cure it within a day, a week might not even be enough. If it is serious, it will cause dizziness, high blood pressure, and even paralysis in your lower limbs."

Frankie Chapman, who was the dark-skinned man in a white suit, was stunned by Arthur's words. He was a little scared.

"But, but I only had a stiff neck, how could it..."

Arthur said, "Mr. Chapman, I apologize to you on behalf of the doctor just now. He made a mistake in his diagnosis, and we will make refunds and compensations. This way, please."

Frankie was really frightened. "No, no, Mr. Rios, can my neck... be cured?"

"Yes, we are confident about this. It will take us more than a week at most, and the cost won't be too high." Arthur looked righteous. "However, if you leave now, you will have to sign a contract with us. If something goes wrong with your neck outside of the hospital, it will have nothing to do with us."

"Well, well." Frankie was completely frightened.

Corbin, who was walking down the stairs, was stunned.

Were the current doctors all so good at deceiving people?

It was just a simple stiff neck symptom, but it almost scared the patient to death.

"Brother, if I can cure your neck in three minutes, how much can you give me?"

All of a sudden, there was a sound, and the whole hospital hall was extremely quiet.
