Maverick shouted. "Who? You mean my husband-to-be? He said he wanted to marry me at first sight. Why you show me an angry face?" "No. That's not true. You said you'd love me forever." "Ugh... Yes. Keep going--" Before Giselle could finish, Maverick rolled her over and puts his thing in.

This time, his thrust was wilder. She had to brace her hands on the car window, to not let her head thud against it.

The car began shaking. Her breath became short.

Maverick spread her legs more open, and drove himself deeper.

His strong hands are gripping on her inner thighs, making her couldn't escape from his violent penetrating.

"Oh yes... kiss me, kiss me!" Giselle moaned, a sweet spasm going through her, and it seemed her whole body grew pink.

Maverick didn't kiss her; instead, he looked at her with a calm expression, as though he was having some sort of meeting rather than a sex.

"Did you go on a blind date at noon?"

Giselle bit her lips, panting. "So, the Mr. Busy Hyland, you actually have spare time to worry about me?"

Maverick Hyland's eyebrows furrowed slightly. His eyes remained calm but he drove deeper than she could take.

Giselle was about to cry. Her legs flexed against his waist subconsciensly, urging him closer, her hands wrapping his shoulder.

She could feel his moving become faster.

"Oh God, oh God." she's almost there, and Maverick also groaned as he started hammering into her ass.

"Fuck yes," he cursed.

Giselle bit on his shoulder, venting her anger and avoiding the terrifying orgasm.

Unfortunately, biting through the suit didn't hurt the man.

The phone rang, but Maverick didn't stop. He bent down to snatch it up and connect the call.

"Rick, honey," A gentle voice came through the phone, "Where are you now? Your parents already got here."

Maverick squeezed Giselle's waist, thrusting with deep, slow strokes, "There's a traffic jam."

His voice was low and magnetic, particularly alluring.

"Okay, just let you know we're all here... your parents and mine. Be careful on the way."

"Got it." His voice soft, that's what Giselle had never heard before.

Giselle looked up at him, biting her lip and swallowed her moans.

The moment Maverick hung up the phone, she wrapped her arms around his neck, playfully shaking him, "Riiiick, can't you stay? I don't want to leave you..."

Maverick's eyes turned cold in an instant. He straightened up and left her sweet part immediately.

"You've crossed the line."

He commanded Giselle, who's barely dressed, "Get out off the car."

Giselle sat up with a wicked grin, she teased, "You haven't come. Isn't it a bit awkward to meet my sister like... this?"

Her slender fingers sliding down Maverick's waist, tempting him. "Let me help..."

Before she could finish, Maverick fiercely gripped her wrist. His eyes darkened. "Giselle, I don't like repeating myself!"

With a raised eyebrow, Giselle put on her dress and casually got out of the car.

The moment the car door was closed, the Bentley Mulsanne roared past her and drove away.

Dust rose up and sand nearly blinded her.

Giselle watched as Mulsanne drove away, clutching her handbag in frustration. "What a jerk!"

***

Giselle arrived home half an hour later.

As she walked through the door, a servant immediately stopped her. "Miss, Mr. and Mrs. Hawk are entertaining guests right now. Please go to the reception room and wait for a while!"

Without a word, Giselle brushed past the servant and continued on.

In the living room, Maverick's parents, George and Amira Hyland, sat opposite Gloria's parents, Harrison and Davina Hawk.

Maverick sat with Gloria side by side.

The atmosphere lively with laughters and chattings.

Giselle entered the room wearing a black spaghetti-strap long dress that swayed gracefully with each step she took in her high heels.

A few hickeys were visible on her shoulders, but she didn't seem to care.

Her waist-length black hair lazily draped over her shoulders, concealing the marks quite well.

As she walked into the room, her high heels clicked loudly on the floor.

The sound was particularly jarring, as her slightly limping footsteps echoed throughout the room.

The laughters stopped at once, and everyone's eyes turned toward her.

Giselle lifted her gaze and stared at Maverick with a smirk, "Oh, we have guests at home?"

Maverick glanced at her with indifferent eyes, quickly shifting his gaze away and focusing on Gloria.

When it came to pretending to be a stranger, Maverick was an expert.

Giselle chuckled lightly, flirtatiously playing with her hair and heading up the stairs.

Gloria pursed her lips and casually asked, "Hey, Giselle! How was your blind date today? Do you like your date?"

Giselle stopped in her tracks, laughing coquettishly, "Definitely! Vincent said that as long as I'm willing to marry him, he is ready to offer any amount of betrothal gifts."

As she spoke, her gaze lightly swept across Maverick's face.

Unfortunately, his face remained cold and emotionless, showing no sign of any feelings.

Giselle suddenly lost interest and turned around to leave.

"Wow, seems like you really like him," Gloria said with a gentle smile. "Mom, maybe Giselle will get married before me!"

After that, she blushed and glanced coyly at Maverick.

Maverick lowered his gaze and looked at Gloria, a faint smile playing at the corner of his lips.

Giselle disliked that smile, so she looked away.

She looked at her stepmother, Davina, and smirked, "But Vincent also mentioned that he has an impotent. If I marry him and want to have children, I can only do it through IVF."

Davina's face changed slightly, but she remained silent.

Giselle smirked and continued, "He can go mess around with other girls outside, but not me. Even though I'll be a baby-making machine for his family, my health is important too, right Mom?"

Davina's face was clearly unable to hold on any longer, but she didn't want to lose her temper in front of the Hylands. All she could do was force a smile and say, "Giselle, come on, don't joke like that. I really put a lot of thought into choosing the Canfield family for you. Vincent is a good man. You couldn't find a more suitable match."

Giselle's eyes grew slightly cold.

A good man? A suitable match?

Just look at Vincent's awful appearance and his morbidly obese figure.

Since when the level of a "good man" became so low?

Giselle smiled sweetly, looking very obedient, "I know Mom did this for my sake, but I'm not interested in Mr. Canfield. Do help me reject this marriage proposal."

After speaking, she turned around leisurely.

Maverick glanced at her, his eyes were devoid of any emotion.

***

Giselle went upstairs, took a shower, and wrapped herself in a bathrobe.

She took out her phone, took a selfie of her shoulder, and sent it to the man saved in her contacts as 'ATM'.

'Ugh, gosh... You had left too many marks all over my neck...'

The woman in the picture looked really seductive, with misty eyes, swollen red lips, and a fair, slender neck that had hickeys.

Maverick glanced and typed a few words at a steady pace.

"Wait for me."

"Rick?" Gloria looked over curiously. "Who are you chatting with?"

Maverick locked his phone, "A friend." His tone flat.

Gloria looked doubtful, but didn't ask any more questions.

Amari smiled and said, "Things are almost settled. Let's wait until next month, on Gloria's birthday, to announce her engagement to Rick."

"Couldn't be better."

After the matter was settled, Amari and George left first.

Gloria was going abroad for a competition the next day, and so Maverick stayed that night to accompany her.

The two of them chatted intimately in the living room, so close that anyone who saw them would praise their match.

Giselle waited in her room for a long time, but didn't see any sign of Maverick. She went out to take a look.

She leaned against the second-floor hallway and glanced down, spotting Gloria and Maverick.

Boring.

She then went back to her room and binge-watch some TV shows.

At seven in the evening, there was suddenly a commotion coming from Gloria's room.

The two rooms were adjacent to each other. Even if the soundproofing was good, it couldn't block out the sudden moan from Gloria's room.

Giselle pouted and continued scrolling through her phone.

She didn't need to be a genuis to know what's happening the next room.

It seemed that she would be left alone again...

A few minutes later, a message came in: 'Open the door.'

Giselle jumped out of bed barefoot. She flung open the door and pulled the man inside.
