                    INTRODUCTION

Damien Noah white is the CEO of white enterprises, he is not your average cold hearted Billionaire but rather he is Soft-hearted on the inside and seems to appear fierce on the outside.

An unfortunate event which occured in the past led to him always covering a part of his face with a mask - the left part of his face to be precise.

Rumors had it that there was a huge scar on his face which was why he always wore a mask, but no one really knew what happened. Sometimes he gets asked by people about his face but he refuses to disclose anything about it and instead choose to live like that.

The only good thing that Damien could point out in his life which gave him joy and a reason to live even with all the negative comments he's got throughout the years, was his betrothal to Joan naomi knight the girl who stole his heart

Years ago at a very young age without even knowing it and had now grown into a young beautiful lady, although he wasn't sure if joan reciprocated the same kind of love he had for her, but one thing he was sure of is that he is deeply, insanely and madly in love with her,

And there was no way he would allow her to go be with another man even if she didn't love him, it was either him or no one else!!

How would joan cope with being married to a masked man?.........

{Chapter 1} - An epitome of beauty

⚫️⚫️

THIRD PERSON POV.

Captivating eyes.Inocence.Lovely, and an epitome of beauty that's all damien could think of as he looked at the picture of the girl he was madly in love with and also his soon to be wife.

There was this strong connection he always felt with her anytime he looks at her picture, he has always loved her right from the day that she was born.

He then remembered how she became his due to the incident that happened in the past. He snapped out of his thoughts and looked at the picture again, indeed she looks just as beautiful in real life.

He had seen her more than once in real life and there was a time he tried talking to her, but she didn't feel at ease near him at all and she could barely utter a thing let alone finish a sentence, most of the time he asked her how she and her family was she just nodded her head and looked as if she would rather be anywhere else than be talking to him at the moment.

Sometimes he blames it on the mask he wears over his face that it was the reason why she never felt comfortable around him.

But there was nothing he could do if he decides to takeoff the mask that might be the last time he sees her lovely face, because she will be more than terrified to ever see the face that is hidden under the mask again.

So with this in mind and not wanting to make her more uncomfortable he stopped trying to talk to her and on rare occasions where he sees her he will just by pass her or behave like she doesn't exist for it to be less painful for him.

But on the inside he notices her each and every moves and loves watching her even when she is not doing anything, he just finds it relaxing, so he always looks forward to every visit she and her family makes.

He could just sit and look at her all day and he won't get tired of it but that will be too creepy so he decided to get a picture of hers instead so he could see her whenever he wanted and no one will question him or call him creepy.

And so everyday he looks at her picture because his patience is running out and he can't wait for her to be completely his.

He was still looking at her picture when suddenly something clicked in his head and he remembered that he had to get to the office early today because he had so many work that he hasn't completed yet.

He quickly got up and gently placed the picture he was holding on his bedside table before hurrying off to get ready as he was already running late.
