Aira's P.O.V.

Ever since I was a child I have had the ability to see things that normal people cannot see such as reverent souls, fairies, and what I fear most of all are demons and bad spirits, until I just got used to that. scenario.

reverent souls, fairies, demons and bad spirits, I just thought that as long as I live I can see them so, I just have to get used to see them. Scary right? But, that's how I live. I grew up full of fear, curiosity, and sadness. I never dared to tell mom and dad about it because, maybe, they thought I was crazy or maybe I had a brain disease so, they would suddenly take me to a mental hospital and there I will live until I recover. Tss. I don't really understand my mom and dad.

I used to smile in front of a lot of people even though I was almost drowning in my own sadness. I'm also used to pretend that I'm okay despite the hurtful words I receive every day, and most of all I'm also used to pretend that nothing happening to me, that I'm just normal like everyone else, like them, even though I know I’m not normal.

I also have memories that I will never forget. That night, I went to bed, I closed my eyes. But, soon I realized that my eyes were wide open, it was so straight. My vision is rolling, my head hurts a lot. Soon, I suddenly heard laughter beside me, laughter of a demon. I would have stood up when I was lying down but, I couldn't move my body, no matter what I did, I couldn't really move my body, even a simple stomping could not be done. The only thing I could move was my eyes.

Until someone stood beside me, a demon, it was looking at me while laughing at me. I tried to move my body, but, I really couldn’t. Even though I wanted to scream for help, I couldn't open my mouth, all I could do was moan.

I could do nothing else, but just stare at the demon, until I felt my tears dripping down my eyes. For a long time, I stared badly at the demon laughing at me 'cause, I knew I was only in my dream. But, even if it's just a dream, I still have to be scared 'cause, I might die from it too and maybe, I can't say the sentence 'there's still tomorrow'. It happened to me not only once, but thrice. Creepy right? But, I’m used to that kind of scenario.

Many aspire to be a lucid dreamer, to escape from reality. Many people want to have lucid-dreaming 'cause they said it was cool. Many say that it is easy to lucid-dream and to study how. But, to those who seek there to lucid-dream, I warn you, it is dangerous.

Many are jealous of inborn-lucid-dreamers because, they think it's lucky to have that kind of ability, but the truth is, no. You are the lucky-one, not the inborn-lucid-dreamers. Often those who try to lucid-dream die so, if you are not an inborn-lucid-dreamer, don't dare to try it, you will only put yourself in danger, unless you are brave and think you can lucid-dream. But, I'm here to warn you! It's dangerous to try. It’s hard to have that kind of ability.

Today, May 17 is my 18th birthday. I wish that right now that I am taking my 18th birthday, I can feel a real fun and receive a gift from my mom and dad and also receive praise from them.

But, it's just a dream. You know what? Instead of having the most happiest day ever in my entire life in my 18th birthday, it's just appear as the saddest day of my entire life, isn't it, but the saddest day of my whole life and you know what's the gift I received just today? Its an information. A mesmirizing information about me.

I almost hold the world when I found out I was a lucid dreamer 'cause, I realized everything a lucid dreamer can do, I can do, I have the ability to confirm that I am a lucid dreamer. I have something called 'Sleep Paralysis', the most dangerous of the three elements of the lucid dream including --- dejavu, sleep paralysis, and the astral projection.

Do you still remember? The one I said earlier? When a demon stood beside me and then, laughed. I can't move my body and only my eyes can move but, I know that I'm only dreaming but, the demon is true, he visited me in my dream to kill me. If this also happens to you, you have an sleep paralysis, you are a lucid dreamer. We are a lucid dreamers.

I was alone here in my room, I was standing in front of the mirror. In the mirror, I could clearly see my appearance, my whole body. It's already midnight but, I'm still awake and that's normal for me. I'm still wearing my school uniform. I have a long-black-straight-hair, my skin looks so pale, since I found out I have an sleep paralysis and every day I see a demon in my dream, I don't seem I want to sleep 'cause I only might see the demons again in my dream. Yes, I don't remember their faces, but, I've met a demon with a handsome face on my dream, he didn't hurt me and just smiled at me. Creepy. I wonder who he is? Why didn't he hurt me like his fellow demons?

I think curiosity will kill me.

Maybe the demons have a connection to my life. Because, ever since, I have always had demons around me.

To live seen by demons is what I fear, and that’s the reason why I don’t want to be a lucid dreamer, to have an sleep paralysis. I HATE DEMONS!

But, there was nothing I could do, what had happened had already happened.

Destiny is destiny.

And, this is my destiny, to be a lucid dreamer.

Some people said, "Lucid dreamers are not real. The real is, there are some people has lost their minds and go to the mental hospital for recovery." That's one of the hurtful words I've heard for being a lucid dreamer.

They are wrong ....

Lucid dreamers, exist.

Yes. We exist.
