In a small town called mongu there lived a girl name Blessed. She had fair skin, brown eyes and black hair, she was the fourth child in a family of five children. Her mother was a business woman and her father was a civil servant.

　　"Jane, can I come play with you?" Blessed asked her elder sister. "No, I don't want you to follow me, I'm going to my friend's house, do not follow me!" Jane shouted.

　　"Okay" was all Blessed could say Everytime she got rejected. She went back inside the house and switched on the TV which was her only friend in life, she would watch cartoons all day and that's how she got used to not talking to people.

　　" Blessed, today is your first day at school, how do you feel?" Mum asked seeing Blessed with a complicated expression. "I don't know mum, I don't know if I will be able to make friends or fit in, I don't want to go" Blessed had tears in her eyes and she was so sad about going to school, her mum held her and said " my beautiful girl, you will fit in and you will make alot of friends who will love you just be yourself and most importantly concentrate on your studies ok my girl?"

　　"Okay" .

　　At school Blessed just sat on her own not talking to anybody but she noticed a short boy staring at her. During break time she went outside and the boy followed her "hey giraffe" the boy said. Blessed didn't answer because she knew she wasn't a giraffe. "Hey tall girl I'm talking to you" "what is it?" Blessed asked seeming a little scared. "Give me your money, you look filthy, why did you happen to be in my class? You disgust me" the boy said while spitting and getting closer to Blessed.

　　Blessed was so scared she quickly gave him her money and hated school even more. The boy continued to do this for the three school terms, then at the end of the third one the boy was told to repeat the first grade while the rest of the class went to the next grade, Blessed was very happy that her worst fear was no longer part of her class she suddenly had a bit more interest in school.

　　The second grade was a smooth one Blessed used it improve herself and one day she bumped into the boy who used to bully her in first grade. The boy saw her and tried to bully her but this time around Blessed didn't allow it, she stood up for herself and fought back she beat the short boy that's when she realized that she can take advantage of her height.
