In front of Royal Plaza Hotel at taxi is stopped. A girl in her mid twenties get off the car. Blue gown, curly hair with a pair of Blue eyes . she looks like a Fallen angel. Beauty of Ayesha is natural; not like others using costly beauty products and treatments. Ayesha's Beauty is like natural and left impressions in others heart. She is like strem of a cool breeze. It's like God personally created her.

Ayesha , she is a doctor by profession and work at city hospital as surgical resident. She live with her boyfriend Justin who is also a doctor at same hospital. She have a younger brother ,he lives with her parents

"Hey Ayesha you look stunning today. Everybody is waiting for us come on let's go into the banquet." Some of her old friends said.

On there way to the banquet a friend asked "Ayesha are you planning to kill someone tody".

One of her teacher called Ms. Smith invited her personally so Ayesha agree to come this reunion party. Ms. Smith in her sixties and retired few years ago. After the retirement she moved to another city with her daughter. But suddenly she came back to A city and organize the reunion party. Aeysha didn't find any excuse to refuse it so she has to attend.

Ayesha was one of the bright student in her high school and she likes Ms. Smith like other does. She was disappeared for five years to pursue her dream and become a surgeon.

Ms. Smith was very kind and helpful to her students. She is one of the famous at school. She treats all the students as her own children.

When she entered the banquet there are 40 to 50 people. She entered the hall with a smile on her face and greeted them " Hello friends, How are you all?

"See, who is here ! Is really Dr. Ayesha in the party tonight " everybody chuckled. With a smile on her face Ayesha answered "yes". At that time president of the class Jason come to her and said "Ayesha, where are you? We all missed you so much, How are you?"

"I'm fine" Ayesha answered.

Ayesha looking at the every corner of the hall but she didn't see Ms. Smith so she asked "where is Ms. Smith ? "Oh, she just called me, she will be here shortly" " you take your sit" Jason said and left.

Ayesha sited on table at corner of the hall and started looking around and hearing her friends chatting loudly. It's been seven years they got graduated from high school and everybody had changed alot . Some of them started their own business, some of them are doing jobs and some of them are studying abroad .

Being a bright student. After her graduation she didn't choose to go abroad or a prestigious college . But she stayed at X city and got enrollment at medical college and started studying by shocking all of them. After finishing her study she start her career as doctor at local hospital. Where she met a boy and started dateing him . Although she didn't belong to wealthy family but she can feel her safe future with him. She didn't want money , lime- light . She only want is a peaceful life .

Suddenly someone tug her shoulder. In a shocking reaction Ayesha turn back .

Natalie work as pilot in a international airline. She is very pretty and Ayesha only friend.

"You know Natalie , I think now days you are busy" Ayesha said. "Yes I'm busy, today i have flight to Paris but I take leave for the party" Natalie said."How can I not come to the party? It's been so long since we all friends meet. Specially you and..." . " Where is Dr. Justin? Why didn't you come with him? " Natalie asked.

"Actually he has some vip appointment so he didn't make it" Ayesha said.

"How's your work going?" Natalie asked.

"Nothing special, it's like same" Ayesha said.

"Did you find a good apartment" Natalie asked.

"Today I found a really nice one it fits on our budget" Ayesha said.

"Apartment is located in defense colony and 10 min walk to hospital so".

"Are you guys planning to marry after shifting there" Natalie asked in low voice.

"Not right now but soon" Ayesha said with a serious tone .

"Ayesha you know why am I asking this"

"Did you forget him totally".

Ayesha heard every word Natalie said.

A pain and uneasyness appears in Ayesha's face. With a bitter smile Ayesha said "this my life, and I bow myself in front of him seven years ago".

Natalie answered with disponitment "nothing, There is no progress between us from last five years".

"Natalie do like him " Ayesha asked.

"So, why don't tell him about your feelings" Ayesha said.

"Sometimes I think about it but I didn't gather much courage to tell him, what if he doesn't have feelings for me? I don't want to live like a broken heart like you" Natalie said.

Natalie about to tell something but the door of the banquet open and Ms. Smith entered along with her a person entered, who is none other than him. Who disappeared seven years ago. Who was very important to Ayesha back than.
