At the entrance of the Pine Sky Imperial Star Hotel, a young man in casual white attire stared at the bold words on the arc-shaped banner: Congratulations to Mr. Fang Junjie and Miss Qiu Yueying on their marriage!

Qiu Yueying, was his wife, Yang Hao!

"I disappeared for two years, and my wife is about to be snatched by Fang Junjie?"

Cold light shone in Yang Hao's eyes, a chill smile appearing on his lips.

Two years ago, the Yang family was still the top magnate in Pine Sky. Yang Hao had been living a debauched life. When Qiu Yueying's father's funds ran out, he forced her to form an alliance with the Yang family. Only after she got a hefty sum from Yang Hao's father did she avoid suicide.

After the marriage, Yang Hao knew she didn't enjoy being sold in a transactional marriage, so he respected her wishes and didn't insist on sharing the same bedroom.

She neither liked nor loathed him, and tried to develop a good marital relationship after the marriage, but it wasn't long before the Yang family faced a catastrophe.

"In just two short months, the Yang family declined, father surrendered, and all was thanks to the four major clans. The most hateful of all was my father's friend, Qian Dingkai, who set a trap, in cahoots with a few big clans, to imprison my family and force my father to sell all our properties to them."

"Even when our family's fortunes dwindled, some people wouldn't let me go. One night, when I was driving, a few masked men doused my car with oil and set it ablaze. I nearly died in the car, but fortunately, my master saved me."

One past event after another surged in his mind. Yang Hao clenched his fists, a strong aura spreading around him.

"They all thought I was dead, but I came back with extraordinary powers!"

"The heads of the four major clans, Qian Dingkai, Cao Heifeng, Wu Tiangang, Fang Mingde, and several other families, the Yang family's properties that they seized, I will claim back double-fold. I will make them pay a heavy price for their actions!"

"Those who planned the fire attack on me and tried to kill me will be dug out, and they will pay the price in blood!"

Yang Hao's thoughts flashed, his hawk-like eyes sharply focusing on Fang Junjie's name.

Fang Junjie, the eldest young master of the Fang family, one of Pine Sky's top four clans, had set his sights on Qiu Yueying even before their marriage. After the Yang family fell, he had repeatedly mocked him as a useless person, saying he was not worthy of Qiu Yueying.

Stepping toward the grand entrance of the hotel, Yang Hao exuded a tremendous aura, "Fang Junjie, do you think you can steal my wife?"

In the wedding hall on the second floor.

On the stage, the female emcee, microphone in hand, announced, "Let's welcome Mr. Fang Junjie with a warm round of applause!"

Yang Hao stood by the door peering into the grand hall, where he saw a young man in a dapper groom's suit, beaming a satisfied smile as he approached the archway. It was Fang Junjie.

Soon enough, at the emcee's invitation, a stunningly beautiful woman in a wedding dress, escorted by a middle-aged man, was making her way to the archway too.

She stood at an impressive height of one meter seventy, her slender silhouette on full display through the wedding dress, her neck as graceful as a swan, and her skin was as white and soft as snow.

Yang Hao turned to look at his wife, Qiu Yueying. Her face carried traces of disappointment and sorrow, missing the blissful smile a bride should have.

Looking at her demeanor, it seemed like she was reluctant.

Accompanied by the light music, the emcee showered praises, finally smilingly pronounced, "With a roaring round of applause, let's have our couple walk hand in hand up to the stage!"

"You can step down now, emcee." Yang Hao's ethereal voice startled the whole hall.

The smiles disappeared from the emcee's face as she tried to locate the source of the voice. She noticed a man dressed ordinarily but possessing a distinct aura and asked coldly, "May I know if this gentleman is a distinguished guest today?"

With a chilling look in his eyes and a voice as indifferent as mist, Yang Hao replied, "Do you find it amusing to host the wedding of my wife and another man?"

Guests sitting around the tables were stunned.

Swiftly, an array of bewildered gazes focused on Yang Hao.

"Kid, this is not the place for you to cause trouble."

"Roll as far as you can!"

Bodyguards from the Fang clan, each of them dressed in black, lumbered towards Yang Hao, their muscular forms appearing formidable and their expressions, severe.

These bodyguards were seasoned fighters; some had experience in underground boxing, others in crowd control, and quite a few had blood on their hands.

But as soon as they approached Yang Hao, these formidable bodyguards intuitively felt danger. The aura emanating from Yang Hao was terrifying!

Yang Hao, taking one step after another into the hall, emanated a domineering presence that was impossible to ignore, instilling silence throughout the venue.

Entering the hall, Yang Hao's aura had already reached its peak, capturing the attention of hundreds of people in the room.

Overshadowing everything else, all eyes focused on him, reducing Fang Junjie to an insignificant figure lost in the shadows.

His sharp, profound gaze swept across the hall, commanding respect and attention as if he was an unparalleled being gracing them with his presence.

An experienced elder recognized it; it was a rare quality found in the youth, they knew this type of person wasn't common.

Lacking any signs of arrogance, his demeanor was as steady and immovable as a mountain. But with every step Yang Hao took and every glance he cast, his every action seemed to reduce the puffed-up magnates to mere ants.

How could a man barely past his twenties, in worn, ordinary clothes, possess an aura that seemingly placed him above the clouds, looking down on the world?

Who was this man?

Confusion spread across everyone's faces, but Autumn Moon Ying's eyes were fixed on Yang Hao's face, a different glimmer shining in her beautiful pupils.

Without orders from Fang Junjie, the bodyguards didn't dare to recklessly make a move. One of their small squad leaders warned cautiously, "This isn't a place for you to cause havoc. You can't afford to mess with the Fang clan, leave now or don't blame us for ganging up on you."

Yang Hao ignored him, his gaze warmly turning towards Autumn Moon Ying.

Her face exquisitely beautiful without a single flaw, she appeared pure and otherworldly like a fairy in a painting that could mesmerize anyone.

Her skin was white and delicate as if made of jade, and her aura was nobly elegant, like a sacred goddess who wouldn't tolerate any disrespect.

Her jade peak stood tall, her slender waist and firm buttocks presenting an aesthetically pleasing view that gave a strong visual impact!

She just stood there quietly, even with a cold expression, guests who had seen her were already fascinated.

Her eyes met with Yang Hao's, filled with surprise!

"You're still alive?" Autumn Moon Ying's voice was pleasant to hear; her melancholic and sorrowful face was full of ecstasy.

This was her husband. She thought he had died two years ago, but now he was standing right in front of her!

Even if there hadn't been deep feelings between them at the start, the wedding had already been done, and in her heart, she truly regarded Yang Hao as her husband. She made preparations to get over the barrier of her feelings, and offered herself wholly to Yang Hao.

However, an unfortunate event turned her into a widow in everyone's eyes.

Two years passed, she frequently awakened in the middle of the night, looking at their wedding photo, washing her face with tears.

"Thank you for taking care of my parents these past two years." Before returning to Song Tian, Yang Hao visited his parents in the countryside and learned not only had she financially supported his parents, but also often visited them in the countryside on her free time, taking them out to distract them from their pain and sorrow over losing their son.

What touched Yang Hao the most was that two years ago, after being imprisoned by several major families, she desperately pleaded with individuals like Ken Qian Ding Kai, Wu Tian Gang, Fang Ming De, and Cao He Feng to spare her family.

She begged and kowtowed to these rich and powerful family heads, yet was mercilessly driven out from the Qian residences.

The heads of the wealthy families obtained the desired Yang properties to their satisfaction. But Yang Hao's legs were beaten to a bloody pulp, leaving him unable to walk.

She, a frail woman, carried Yang Hao's heavy body on her back, staggering step by step out of the Qian's mansion. She fell three times along the way, her arms bloody from the falls.

In the hospital, she took meticulous care, ensuring that he was clean every day whilst he was recovering.

It wasn't long before her family learned of the collapse of the Yang's family. Her mother immediately ordered her to divorce, yet she maintained the marriage under immense pressure.

These kindnesses, past scenes, all her dedication and sacrifices, Yang Hao would eternally remember!

"When you're not around, I'm your parents' daughter-in-law. It's my duty to take care of them." Qiu Yueying's gaze was gentle. The Yang Hao of two years ago might have been a wayward scion, but his character wasn't bad - he never oppressed or played with women, nor was he a bully.

On the contrary, Yang Hao used the pocket money in his hand to provide scholarships for the orphanage to assist the orphans in completing their studies.

And what about Fang Junjie? Several times, Qiu Yueying had witnessed him partying with models, openly despising the poor and cursing the humble.

Now that Yang Hao was back, it didn't matter how domineering the Fang family were, they wouldn't snatch someone else's wife in front of everyone.

However, Fang Junjie, standing next to her, was staring dead at Qiu Yueying's pretty face, ordering in a commanding tone, "Give me your hand, let's complete the wedding!"

"My husband is back, and you still want to go through the wedding with me, don't you find it ridiculous?" Qiu Yueying's expression suddenly changed, thinking of the terrify Fang family, a deep worry emerged in her eyes.

Yang Hao simply lifted his eyelids, seeing herself penniless by the looks of it now. Choosing not to continue the ceremony when she saw him return meant she was not coveting the wealth and power of the Fang family.

At this moment, some of the society's elites recognized Yang Hao and started making a fuss. Among them were bosses with assets of billions and aristocratic young masters.

Cold light flickered in Fang Junjie's eyes - as the eldest son of the Fang family, he couldn't afford to become the laughing stock in front of everyone.

No matter what, the wedding must be completed!

At this point, Qiu Yueying's mother spoke out: "Xiao Hao, you and Yueying are not suitable, better let go sooner."

Yang Hao's eyes narrowed slightly. Years ago, in order to escape their predicament, Autumn's mother and father had personally pressed Autumn to propose marriage at his home. Their humble demeanour was imprinted upon his memory. Now, with the decline of the Yang Family and the rise of the Fang Family, she had shown her true colors.

The bridesmaid, Wang Rong, frowned at Yang Hao and said, "Young Master Fang is the cream of the crop in Songtian, marrying him would make Month lucky to the point of death! Why are you here to obstruct her happiness?”

"What are you talking about? He is my husband!” Autumn's face fell, her eyes glaring at Wang Rong, a hint of disappointment flashing within them.

Wang Rong usually appeared innocent and kind, but now she was encouraging her to marry Fang Junjie. This childhood friend of hers had changed, her character was not wholesome anymore.

What Autumn didn't know was, helping Fang Junjie marry her was a significant source of income for Wang Rong.

Fang Junjie's decision to marry Autumn was largely due to Wang Rong. It was Wang Rong who had revealed that Autumn was still a virgin, and this fact had reinforced Fang Junjie's resolve.
