Northern Nigeria.

Delia stretched her arms in the air, then wrapping her robe on. She padded softly to the glass wall, taking a clear view of the ocean waters.

The yatch remained slow and steady, letting her enjoy the soft rays of the setting sun. She sighed, relaxing her arms.

She held her hands together, letting her dark soft melanin fingers rub on the diamond wedding ring on her right hand. She smiled internally.

The door of her room pushed open. She looked over her shoulder, sighting the a gorgeous tall man in suit. He padded towards the large heart shape bed she rose from, dropping his brief case whilst talking to someone on the phone.

"Yes, Jim. I know. I still disagree with the terms and I wouldn't–" as he was engulfed in his phone conversation while standing, Delia cooed at him, watching his muscular frame, then his black raven hair and pale white skin. She strode seductive up to him.

She stood next to him with a smile, having him turn to her while on call. He immediately smiled at the sight of her.

He stepped closer, coiling her waist with his free hand—having the other hand hold his phone to his ear—he pulled her to his chest, placing a gentle kiss on her lips.

Delia smirked, pushing her head forward so to extend the kiss; being more passionate and more deeper.

"Sir? Sir? Sir? Sir? Are you there?" The person on the phone call shuttered, making her realise how she was preventing him from responding to his call. She pulled away, holding his shoulders as he cleared his throat to respond to the person on the other side.

"Yes. Yes. Yes. Now like I was saying..." He continued his call. Delia stepped away from him, picking up his brief case and padding to his desk to drop it.

She returned back to her husband's side, who was still very busy on his call. She stood in front of him, gesturing for him to sit on the bed. He obeyed with a nod.

"Exactly, Jim, I don't want what happened in two years ago to repeat itself to my company!" He said sternly.

Delia stretched her hands to his suit's jacket, assisting him to take it off.

Afterwards, she began to unbutton his white shirt. He then frowned deeply at the conversation on the phone, "Do not make me repeat myself, Jim! Forward the documents to the headquarters now!" He rose his voice slightly.

Delia realized he was too busy with the phone to let her pull off his shirt at the moment, so she decided to leave it till after his call. She turned around, aiming to walk to the door.

She felt her husband grasp her wrist, pulling her back; immediately landing her on his lap. She instinctively wrapped her arms around his neck so not to lose balance.

She looked up at him with a surprised look. He wasn't looking at her but at the window, scowling at the words of Jim on the phone.

"Didn't I already pay that bastard!?" He shouted, pulling himself back on the bed, dragging Delia with him, to sit between his legs.

He rested his back on the headboard, tightening his grip on Delia's waist. Delia gasped lightly, chuckling at his clingy actions.

"Jim! If you repeat that shit again I'll have your head on my wife's kitchen counter!"

Delia snapped her eyes wide at him. He glanced at her, instantly flashing her a playful grin, placing a peck on her short spongy hair. She blushed.

"Yes, you have just ten fucking hours!" He snapped. Delia then turned away from him, attempting to escape his grip and walk to the door.

He suddenly tugged her back against his chest, shooting her a stare before returning back to insulting Jimmy.

Delia chuckled, shaking her head as she attempted once more to step down from the bed. He pulled her back harder, wrapping his legs over hers so to trap her.

He gazed at her, narrowing his eyes. "Jim, do as I told you. Get back to me later". He then ended the call, throwing his expensive Iphone across the room like it was trash.

He furrowed his brows at her, not looking away from her big brown doe eyes, "What do you think you're doing?"

"I need to go make dinner. I don't want to cook late".

He held his frown, locking his two arms around her waist, "And so? How many times do I have to warn you never to think of leaving my arms, huh?"

Delia chuckled, "Babe, I'm going downstairs to cook for you".

"Let the maids do it", his face loosened but he began to grimace like a spoilt child.

Delia dropped her brows, "Really!? You banned all maids from cooking because you claim it is only my food that deserves to stain your pots".

"Well, that's because it is. But still! I hate it when you try to escape my arms for anything. Let the country burn down for all I care, don't attempt to move once my arms are around you", he turned her around to face him, still holding her waist.

"It makes me feel like you want to escape from my life", he scrunched his face into a sad look, "And you know that is biggest fear in this world. It's even worst than death", he jerked her closer to him, forcing her to hold his shoulders for support.

She smiled warmly at him, "Aw... Babe, how many times have I told you not to say that?" She moved one of her hands to his soft black hair.

He pushed out his lips, "I know, but I can't help it!" He weaned, falling the side of his head on her bosom under her robe. He then mumbled, "I can't help over worry about anything connected to you". He snuggled his head on her chest.

Delia cooed, "My cute white baby man". She ran her fingers through his hair.

He rose his head to look at her, "My thick black Goddess woman. Don't play with me". He buried his face back in her chest.

She giggled, rubbing his head as he didn't lessen his tight grip on her waist.

Staring down at her overbearing clingy husband, her smile went wider. He was just the cutest when he wanted to be pampered by just her presence and touch.

As she continued to rub his hair, she felt his fingers slide from her waist, down to her buttocks. She yelped, feeling him squeeze her tightly.

She giggled, pulling his hair back, so to raise his head up, "Naughty hubby, aren't you?"

He grinned at her, biting his lips. "What can I say? It's my job. As a good husband, I have to please my sensual queen".

Delia giggled, pushing her face close to his, "Not to forget, I am also your one and only VIP exclusive personal salope

slut

". She grinned.

Damien spanked her behind, gaining a yelp from her. He chuckled, "Oh really?" He slowly pushed her to lie on her back om the bed.

She smiled, coiling her toes as he mounted over her. "Yes..."

"Yes what?" He hovered his face above her.

"Yes, master", she said in seductive tone, glancing at his partly tattoo had chest underneath his half unbuttoned shirt. A devilish smile grew on his lips, as he lowered his face to her crook.

Delia held the back of his head, sighing deeply as she felt his lips kiss her neck and shoulder.

Enjoying his teasing pleasure around her neck, Delia continued to moan and sigh, feeling him grow on her.

He then raised his head and caught her lips in his. Moaning passionately in each others breaths. Delia continued to comb her fingers in his raven strands, kissing him back.

Out of the blue, she heard an odd voice call, "Delia?" She quirked her brows, still trapped in Damien's kiss.

"Delia?

"Del?"

"Delia!?"

Who's voice was that? She asked herself, seeing Damien being unable to notice it; he continued feed off her lips.

"DELIA, MUMU! WAKE UP!"

Everything suddenly went blank, alongside a sudden pressy of a soft item on Delia's face. She instantly snapped her eyes open, raisiy up from the couch she fell asleep on.

She scowled deeply, shooting her eyes to the centre rug of the small living room, sighting her three friends seated with a book in front of each of them.

The first girl with long braids hissed, "You sleep like a horse!"

"Horse is an understatement, Eboh", The second girl, Beatrice, chipped in.

Delia rolled her red eyes, yawning loudly as she rubbed her eyes. "Make una leave me abeg, this life is one!

You guys should leave me, I only have one life

" Delia stretched her hands in the air, cracking her neck slowly.

The only boy seated amongst them, Yusuf, chuckled, "In ya dry mind".

Delia pushed her feet to hit the carpet, looking tiredly at the trios on the floor. Delia then sighed, "At least it's good you woke me, I was having a horrible nightmare".

"That what?" Beatrice asked.

"A terrible one fah".

"Ehe? What happened?" Yusuf asked.

"It was just so frightening and unbelievable", Delia shook her head, sadly.

"Which was!?" Eboh snapped, not wanting to take the Delia's dramatic suspense.

Delia looked up at them, "I was married to a white man. And the scariest part was, he was touching touching on his private yatch".

They busted into laughter.

Delia grinned, running her fingers over her masculine haircut. Eboh then started, "Aswear

I swear

  that's really a nightmare!"

Beatrice laughed, "Wallahi

Swear to God

, let your father not hear this".

Yusuf's shoulders bounced in laughter, "Maybe it's a vision ooo... Congrats!"

"Make God no gree that kind thing!

May God not agree to such!

I rebuke it!" Delia snapped her fingers over her head.

Beatrice giggle, "Why na? Maybe he'll be a good man".

"How I take jam white man?

How did I possibly meet a white man?

And again, you want my father to disown me after shooting somebody's son. Hm!"

They laughed. Yusuf started, "Your popsy go just turn Hulk on am.

You dad will go Hulk on him

".

"Asin eh!?

I know right!

"

"But was he at least fine? And what was his name?" Eboh asked.

Delia crooked her brows, "Ehhh... I can't actually remember his face, just his black hair colour".

"Well, we thank God your back to reality. Welcome back from your foreign yatch and to Nigeria", Beatrice laughed.

Delia hissed, moving down from the couch and sitting on the rug, in front to the pile of open books in the centre.

"And worse, books", Delia grimaced in pain.

Yusuf smirked, "Don't worry, hear? You just have three more handouts to re-read for tomorrow's test".

"God punish this veterinary medicine sef that we're force to learn. Then the graves of the white people that discovered exams and assignments", Delia said nonchalantly.

"Be careful of what you say oo... Maybe they're even related to that your white husband from your dream".

"Don't let thunder misuse you there", Delia eyed him.

They shook their heads, laughing, looking back sadly at their thick books and sheets.

The next day.

After a three hours lecture, the lecturer exited the classroom. Students got up exhausted and ready to leave. Delia who sat in the middle of the front seat roll, jumped over the desk; being too impatient to wait for others to move.

Delia pushed on her shades, exiting the class immediately—so as not to have other students have close contact with her whilst rushing through the door.

'I hate the presence of stupid humans around me', she said to herself as she walked out to the large corridor.

"Del!" A hand from behind held her shoulder. Not thinking much, she turned around with a smile.

"Yusuf!"

"Wassup!" They shook hands.

"How was your test today?" Delia asked.

"As usual, the lecturer smoked weed before setting those questions".

They laughed before Delia stated, "Toor, your village people don tie your matter be that

Your village people are bringing you bad luck

".

Yusuf chuckled, "Asin eh!

I know right!

. Where are the girls sef?" Yusuf glanced around.

"They're coming".

"Yusuf!", Eboh called out from behind, walking out with Beatrice. With a smile on their face, they stood next to Delia, exchanging fist pumps.

"What's up, Yus?" Beatrice smiled.

"I'm good". Delia clasped her hands loudly.

"Okay, now that we have met! Or meeted! Or metened! Or whatever those white people call it..." they laughed.

"British people", Eboh noted.

"Exactly! Those wicked people!... Now that we're all here, shall we go?" Laughing, they all nodded in agreement.

"Oh wait! By the way, Del", Yusuf started, halting, "I saw Benjamin today".

With the mention of the name 'Benjamin', a part of Delia's heart ached heavily. Not in a heartbreak type of way, but a way in which she wished she could stab a pole through the throat of the person who mentions the name—drag them to her kitchen to slice and dice each of their body parts with their eyes still wide open- and then roast their body parts in the hottest part of hell, after starving them for twenty-four days first.

"Delia!" Yusuf called her out of her murderous thoughts. She snapped her eyes to him. "I hope you're not planning on how to kill me because I said Benjamin abi?" He raised his brows.

Her lips stretched into a devilish smile, "Never".

"Lie lie", he sang, rolling his eyes.

They all brushed it off with a chuckle, padding away from the Veterinary medicine faculty building.
