"Florence... Florence.." my father shouted from the sitting room. "Where is she?" he turned to my grandma's while I was coming from my room.

I knew the worst had happened and I am ready to receive the worst blame and punishment of my life. Though, I don't know what he will do but I know it won't be easy with me.

I walked in silently with shame covering all my faces, I knew what I had done so there's no way I could hide since my father knows about it already. It's not all my faults but there's no way I could explain my plight because I know when my father is angry he hears nothing from anyone not even from his own mother or my stepmother who did not really like me.

He walked straight to me and gave me a hot slap. I knew it would be hard on me even when I discovered that he is now fully aware of what I did though, it all a mistake on my part and everything was done under the influence of alcohol.

Yes, I'm pregnant but I don't who impregnated me. Everyone thought I was lying and pretending or maybe I did not want to mention the person's name to the hear of my father but they are all wrong about it.

My grandma has tried everything she could do when she discovered that I am pregnant to know who is responsible for the pregnancy but I can't say what I know nothing about.

I wasn't balanced from the hot slap I received from my father when he gave me another one. My step sister Helen who is the major cause of the problem was starring at me pretending not to know anything.

My father is a medical doctor and also he is the head of all medical practitioners in the country, he loved me the most which he also wanted me to be a medical doctor when I grew up.

My grandma ran towards me to stand in between me and him, before he could slap me again.

"Stop beating her!" My grandma shouted at him.

The incident all happened when I and my step sister Helen went to her friends party, I never knew she had another plan for me when we got there. I really love Helen, she is the only one that I share my challenges with as well as my vision, I never knew that she is so jealous of me which I found out later after what happened to me.

I never had a drink in my life but I was forced by her to take it telling me she will take care of me if anything happened to me, I took it reluctantly after seeing her doing the same thing and also because of her promise to take care of me if anything happened to me.

I truly love and trust her but I don't think I can trust anyone again because if my step sister could betray me there's no one that can't betray me.

I had a drink, and thereafter I woke up in the next morning to see myself with a man I don't know. I don't bother to check his face because I really felt ashamed of myself.

With the pain am feeling, I opened the door and see my step sister waiting for me outside.

It was then I looked at my legs and I see blood. She took me to the bathroom to clean up and we went home after cleaning my body.

I kept this a secret to myself and Helen, though she apologized but the trust is broken. She never knew that the sex will lead to pregnancy but it all happened.

My father insisted that I abort the pregnancy because of his reputation but I have determined not to do that since the time I knew that I am pregnant. My grandma is in support of me which she also promise me that she would stood by me if my father fails to take the responsibilities.

Not because I wanted to disobey my father but one of my course mate in school died as a result of it and am not ready to die at my age.

"Pack your things out of my house!" My father said with authority.

It's very late in the night but he doesn't care what happens to me anymore, all he wanted from me is to get out of his house immediately.

"How will you send your child out by this time of the day" my grandma said.

At this time, I could see the smile on my stepmother and Helen face, I knew my stepmother did not like me at all but I don't know that Helen is a green snake under a green grass. I thought she is not like her mother but I can see her as a devil ever since then.

I wish to explain but my father is not giving a listen hear, he went to my room to pack my things out himself without delay.

I ran to pick my items out of the house when I saw him pointing his gun at me.

I was frightened, my grandma helped me with some of my items and told one of the drivers to take me to a place where I will be fine and nothing will disturb me.

The scan has showed that I have two children inside of me which my grandma is also aware including my stepmother, I don't know if my father is aware or not since he didn't have any interest in my situation anymore.

I cried bitterly in the car but no one could stop the tears on my eyes. I alighted from the car after traveling from some minutes, the driver drove back and bid me farewell.

I look up at the sky hoping to see my mother coming from heaven to help me out.

I lost my mother in an accident, the car burnt to ashes when traveling to see one of her sisters.

I walked quietly to the place I was told to go to.
