Muna Lee stepped into the office, the clinging of her heels was what told people of the arrival of the boss.
Most of the workers, who heard of her presence before she officially made herself known, resumed what they were doing.
The few gossipers in the office paused their gossiping sessions, and each went back to what they were initially doing.
Muna Lee is known as the best boss in the design industry. She's known to be a woman who's not easily prone to anger. However, no one dares to piss her off, for fear of having her anger rain on the unlucky person.
She is known to be kind, and at the same time, she's a character that can't be crossed.
It's as if she has multiple personalities, which no one aside from her knew about.
“Good morning, boss!” The enthusiastic receptionist greeted her.
Unlike the other workers, Kln isn't afraid of the boss. Not because she has a hidden weapon or anything of that sort. It's mainly based on the fact she has a carefree attitude. Muna Lee hardly gets angry. She's an always smiling person with a hidden meaning behind her kind smiles.
“Good morning,” she smiled at the receptionist.
Today, she's putting on her ox blood suit and paired it off with her killer black heels. Her male assistant was close behind her, carrying her Sac de jour baby tote bag, as he hurried after her.
He scrambled after her, but still kept a notable distance between them to avoid pissing the boss, off.
“How was your night, ma?” Kln greeted her, once more.
“It was good.” Muna Lee turned to her assistant, “go-ahead to the office, I have somewhere to be.”
Her assistant wanted to question her words; however, he knows it was not in his power to ask her that.
After all, he's only an assistant.
“Okay, ma.” He said before he hastily walked towards the elevator.
The other workers standing by gave him an envious expression, but his mind wasn't their attention on him.
Chrys only has one agenda in mind, and that was how to woe his boss.
That was the reason he took the position of an assistant when he knew he could have got a higher position.
Muna Lee is a woman any heterosexual man will want to have a taste of.
She's sin that's served on a golden platter, with red wine surrounding her.
Her voice can cause a man to orgasm at the first sound he hears. And this was the reason he came here. He has a plan, and that's to seduce his boss.
She might seem untameable, but he was there to prove her wrong; he was going to start putting his plans into motion very soon.
Muna Lee watched as her assistant walked into the elevator before she turned to her receptionist.
“Who was that man who walked by, minutes ago?” She was excited, but she held it in.
It's not time to show her real self, moreover, she's supposed to be cool and composed during the daytime.
Now is not the time to let her demon out to play.
“Oh, he's an intern. He submitted his resume this morning.”
“An intern?” Muna Lee lightly bit her lower lip.
“Yes, ma. He was asked to return tomorrow for the interview with the head—”
“Call him, and tell him that he passed. Tell him he will intern under me.”
Muna Lee smirked.
She doesn't intend to teach him about the boring designs they have.
Muna Lee intends to teach him something no intern has ever learnt from their boss; the pleasure that comes with pain.
She can tell he's still fresh meat. His skin is unmarred and ready for her whips. She will make sure she designed his body in such a way as—
“But ma, he hasn't taken—”
“Are you questioning the orders of your boss?” Muna Lee was still smiling as if everything were alright, but the tone of voice she made use of, dropped drastically.
Hyn swallowed deeply at the words of the boss. The tone her boss made use of, made her aware that she has stepped over the boundary.
And she needs to return things to normal, or else the boss might end up cutting off her head.
“I'm sorry, ma, I will call him right now!” Drops of sweat on her face were the only thing that showed how nervous the poor girl was.
To say she saw her sack letter flash through her face, will be an understatement of the century.
“Better,” Muna Lee smirked.
Having done what she came here to do, she walked towards the elevator.
“Good morning, boss.” Three of her workers, whom she passed by, greeted her.
The three workers were those that fell into the gossiping category. However, unlike their counterparts, they weren't lucky enough.
So, they had to stay down and pretend to be doing something, to avoid the anger of the kind, always-smiling boss.
Muna Lee stopped when she saw them. “What are you doing out here, don't you have anywhere to be?” She smiled at them, but the glint in her eyes told a different tale.
“We are—”
“We were—”
“There was—”
The three said at the same time and stopped when they noticed their error.
Muna Lee smirked as she watched them struggle to get themselves out of the deep hole they stupidly dug for themselves.
“I want you to present the files that contain the work you have done ever since you came to this company. I want to see them on my table within ten minutes.” She turned and resumed walking, while her workers stood there with their mouths hanging open like fools.
