The alarm buzzed disturbing Advaita from her slumber. She tried to slap the snoozing button of the alarm clock but realised that the alarm was set on her mobile. She woke up and stretched her hands, throwing away the blanket. She took her mobile and tried to switch off the alarm. She was unable to do that and tried to switch off the mobile. But it's not that easy to turn off this alarm as this alarm was designed for those sleeping heads who are busy sleeping in the morning while other successful people are busy in succeeding. She remembered installing a new alarm app the last night to throw her laziness away and join the club of early risers. She solved the mathematical task, memory task, matching colours task, etc. to switch off the alarm. Finally, her sleep went off, and she got out of bed.

She looked at the glass of the window from where the rays of the Sun were entering the room. She opened the door of the window and embraced the warmth of the Sun.

"Good morning, Advaita!" she greeted herself as she knows the fact that she has no one in her life. She took a shower and wore a simple white salwar kameez as she prefers white colour for important occasions. She locked the door of her room and reached the bus stop.

She waited for one hour at the bus stop, but there is no sign of the arrival of any bus.

Today is my first day in the office. I am getting late, but the bus didn't come yet. How can I reach the office on time? I think I have no choice except to request someone for a lift, she said to herself.

She saw a red car coming in that way. She showed her hand to stop the car for a lift. The vehicle came near to her and stopped. The window of the car was rolled down. A person wearing a cream colour suit with black goggles and curly hair looked at her. He is damn handsome with his smile. His looks passed through her eyes, nose, and lips, making her uncomfortable.

"Where do you want me to drop you?" He asked.

"No thanks, you can leave," Advaita replied.

"He is a young man, and his looks didn't stay in one place. I can't trust him. It is better to let him go," her mind advised.

"Excuse me! Why did you stop my car? It is okay. Get in and tell me your destination," he said, opening the door of the car.

"It is my first day to the office. I am getting late. I want to go to Snehith Exports and Imports industry," Advaita said.

"Snehith Industries? Okay, get in. I will drop you there," he said with a smile.

Advaita sat in the car on the seat next to him, and he started the car playing the music. He drove the car enjoying the music by humming the tune.

"By the way, what is your name?" He asked.

"It is none of your business," Advaita replied.

"Is it my business to drop you at your office?" He countered.

"Look, I just asked for help, and you stopped the car. If it's not you someone would have helped me. Anyways, I hate unnecessary conversation with a stranger. Please, stop it," Advaita said, showing her irritation.

He stopped the car. There was no one on the road as its outskirts. Advaita was scared of this stranger. She was panic and looked at him, predicting the worst to come up.

"Why did you stop the car?" She asked wiping sweat from her forehead with a handkerchief.

"I stopped the car as you told me to stop," he said, giving her a shock.

"No! I asked to stop your conversation,"

He started the car and dropped her at the Snehith industries. She got down and turned to him.

  "Thank you!" She said.

"You are welcome at any time. By the way, you look fantastic in this white dress," he said, fuming her.

He winked his eye and drove off, leaving her in shock. She scolded and cursed him in her mind.

She went into the office. She waited in the reception, and after some time, MD called her to his cabin. She knocked on the door.

  "Yes, come in!" MD said.

Advaita went inside, and MD turned another side. His face is invisible to her.

"Good morning, sir! I am Advaita, new appointment. This is my posting order," Advaita said.

MD turned towards her, and she was shocked at recognizing him as the person who dropped her in the office.

"Nice name, Ms Advaita," he said.

He took the posting order and then gave it back to her.

"Are you Mr Snehith?" Advaita asked.

"I think it is none of your business," he said thoughtfully.

"I am sorry, sir," she said, understanding his seriousness.

What should I do? I was stuck now. I need this job, but I don't think it is safe for me to work here. My fate is always like this. Whenever I am happy, something happens to take away my happiness.

She thought herself cursing her stupid fate.

  "For what?" Snehith asked.

"For not minding my business, sir!" She said.

"Good. Now you can go to your cabin."

Snehith called the office boy and asked him to show her the cabin.

"Ms Advaita, Just a minute. Take this mobile," he said.

She looked at him with confusion. He understood her confused look seeing her face and expressions.

"Advaita, you are my secretary. You have to design my schedule, appointments, and meetings. If I have any work, I will call you. You can call me if you have any doubt about designing my schedule or meetings. So, as per company norms, we provide a laptop and mobile to the Personal Secretary. We provide mobile immediately and laptop after a month, reviewing your work," Snehith said.

"Okay, sir!" She said, taking the mobile.

I am sure he is angry with me. He is going to take revenge with me for being rude in the drive. But I didn't do anything wrong. I hope it would not become a big issue. This job is essential to me. God, please help me, Advaita thought.

You are beautiful and smart. I love you and was searching for you for a long time. Finally, I found you. From today, you are mine, Advaita. My love is for you, Snehith said to himself.

After one hour, Snehith called Advaita to his cabin.

  "Take your seat," Snehith said.

Advaita sat on the chair in front of him. He was busy with his work and didn't assign any work to her. Ten minutes went off, and she tried to ask him the reason for calling her. But as she finds him busy, she didn't disturb him.

Advaita was fed up with waiting and being idle after an hour.

"Sir, may I know why did you call me?" Advaita said.

"You are my Personal Secretary. You have to do whatever I say. No need to question me. Got it?" Snehith said rudely, being busy with his work.

"He is stupid and proudish. I think he is proud of the wealth he had. I don't know how long I can work with this kind of person."

"I can hear you," Snehith said.
