"I can't believe Madame picked a bitch like her to be the star of this Sunday." The hissing sounds around Saira sounded sarcastic.

"His father's debt is too much, of course Madame must get the money back quickly."

"Shit. And Lucas Easton is coming tonight."

Saira's eyes opened slowly, accustoming her retina to the bright light around.

"Again, Saira?" There was a frustrated groan through the earphones in Saira's ears.

Saira pouted, staring in disgust at her reflection in the mirror. Feel strange with his own face. She often dresses up either for special occasions or just for small parties, but she has never been dressed so perfectly that she can't recognize her own face.

"You should monitor me well." Saira whispers softly so as not to be heard by the others. "I can't tell the difference between the two doors. The writing still confuses me."

If anyone else hears Saira's words then they will burst out laughing. Distinguishing the writing showing the room names wasn't difficult, but for Saira, it was the most difficult thing.

"You have to get out of there quickly."

Saira rolls her eyes. "If I could, I would have run away earlier." She let out a long sigh as he looked around the room which was filled with women in sexy clothes and several guards. "There aren't many guards, but the women here will scream and invite more guards."

"I can't get you out of there. Too many people. I'll find another way."

Then there was silence, Saira could only press her forehead. This is not the plan. Not. Being stuck with other women hoping to be bought out by big businessmen or mafias all over Europe who had gathered here had nothing in his plans or thoughts at all. But his ignorance of reading actually got him stuck in a place of cursing like this.

One by one the women were summoned to come on stage. Saira tries to calm herself down, waiting for her earphones to sound again. But when it was almost his turn, the earphones were still not connected.

"You!" exclaimed a grim-looking man. "Your turn will soon be."

Then, a guard forcibly dragged Saira to stand behind the curtain until finally Saira walked lazily towards the center of the stage. Realizing how many people there are in this room. His eyes suddenly searched for the owner of the voice who had always contacted him via earphones.

"Miss Sophia Miller." The voice of a man whose neck is covered in tattoos can be heard and snaps in awe when the men see Saira's body which is only wrapped in black lingerie.

"Bride on Sale." Suddenly there was another sound through the earphones in Saira's ears. "They sell women to mafia members and tycoons at great prices. They're not a danger as long as you can handle it."

Saira breathes a sigh of relief, at least it won't do her too much harm.

"Only one person you have to avoid." Pause for a moment. "Lucas Easton. He's quite dangerous. But take it easy, he's never been attracted to the woman Madame Louisa sold. Even so, you should still avoid him."

Following her friend's suggestion, Saira continued to stand up without even caring that the tattooed guy made her move, remaining silent as the people behind scolded her for upsetting so many people. The focus is now on the door in the corner of the room. While thinking about how to escape from this place suddenly a man stood up, looking straight at Saira.

"One hundred thousand Pounds." The man's voice was flat without an accent, his green eyes glared at Saira.

"One hundred thousand Pounds for Miss Miller, anyone else?"

It's quiet. Nobody tried to bid anymore even though Saira could see some people were trying to hold back from standing up and bidding too.

The hammer is knocked. "No more bids? Fine. One hundred thousand Pounds for Miss Miller. Congratulations, Mr. Easton."

Saira freezes. Easton? Lucas Easton? Shouldn't she be avoiding the green-eyed man?
