Valentin was fixing his cufflinks as he was getting ready to have a huge meeting with his main rivalry Gadot.

They had been enemies for a very long time and this was the first time that they would meet in a civilized way.

Hopefully, they would be no guns that are used today, but if push comes to shove there would be some bloodshed.

Valentin put his revolver in the back of this suit and went out. He was met by his second-in-hand man Rex, they had known each other the longest.

They went to the car waiting for him, he sat at the back and Rex went to another car, when all their man were in cars they left in a convoy.

It had been Gadot's idea for them to meet at a neutral area that wasn't well known to the both of them.

They arrived at Crimson, a well-secluded area, they could conclude a deal or treaty. The cars came to a stop.

It was dark out but it was well expected as it was nine in the evening. Valentin climbed out and Rex came next to him and they walked as the other members of their team followed them in.

Valentin saw Gadot also arriving and coming out of his car, they walked in without a word. They were led in by the hosts and Valentin knew that he and Gadot would be the only two to get in the room for the negotiations.

He nodded to Rex that he would be fine, and Gadot got in and sat on the opposite side of the table. The door was closed and it was now him and his hugest rivalry.

He could see that Gadot truly hated him and it was a mutual feeling that they had to disguise for now.

He knew he had to keep it in for a bit more until he got what he wanted from them and he would crush Gadot and everything that he had.

"Valentin, I have been waiting for the moment to see you in person."

"Likewise Gadot, this is a meeting that was long overdue."

"Let's cut to the chase Valentin, did you bring the treaty?"

"Of course, why would I be here?"

Valentin took out some papers from his suit and handed them over to Gadot and he did the same thing.

"We will read this and get back to you in the next meeting I suppose."

"Yes, and I couldn't also forget. Rex, you may come in."

After his order, Rex got in with a briefcase, and Valentin motioned for Rex to place it in front of Gadot.

Rex did just that and opened it for him, he had gifted him some very expensive alcohol as a gesture for getting closer to the peace treaty.

Rex closed it and left the room once more.

"Blue, come in."

Valentin knew he was calling his second-hand man in too, and the door opened again and Valentin was a bit surprised.

He was not expecting it to be her, this was a first. She looked emotionless, and Gadot motioned for her to place the briefcase in front of him.

A lot of people were very intimidated by him as they knew he was a bit higher in power than Gadot, yet she placed the briefcase on the table in front of him.

She opened it and looked him in the eye, her eyes were gray and the black hair complimented her so well.

"That will be all Blue."

She nodded and closed the briefcase and left the room. Valentin hadn't even seen what gift they had given him.

"If that's all Gadot. I will be on my way."

Valentin stood up and held out his hand, Gadot took it and after shaking hands, he was out the door.

"Nice to meet you, Sir."

Valentin stopped and turned to her voice, he saw that she was holding out her hand for him to shake. It was normal for the second in command to do that.

Valentin took her hand in his and as small as it was, her shake was quite strong and firm.

"Likewise."

Valentin let go of her hand and he was on his way. He got into his car and before they were off he saw Blue and Gadot. She saw her opening the door for him and closing it.

Valentin motioned for them to leave and he drove off, he saw her get in the car and that was the last of it.
