Alexs POV

Alex can you smell that said my Wolf Maverick. It smells like lavender mixed with vanilla with a hint of cinnamon. Alex that's our mate go find our mate. Thats what I did I ran out of my bedroom through the pack house out the front door through the training field into the forest.

I shift into my wolf Maverick and he starts running as fast as he can until we get to the place we are looking for and that's where the scent is. Once we get there we slow down and that's when we see this beautiful cream color wolf. She's a lot bigger than a normal she-wolf but she is still beautiful nonetheless. She is whimpering so we believe she just shifted for the first time tonight. We make my way over to her and Maverick starts rubbing his head against hers and then we take off running together in the forest we don't recognize her scent because of this being her first shift.

You see we first shift when we turned 16 and I turn 16 3 months ago and I had a weird feeling that my mate was in my pack I just didn't know who she could possibly be. So as we run and play we are finally able to talk to one another through our mate Bond and that's when I found out who my mate really is. Her name is Anna Smith adopted daughter to our beta Eric and his mate Erica.

After a few hours of running and playing with each other we shift back to our human forms it was a little more difficult for her with it being her first time at all but with me it came with ease. Hi Anna I say to her and she seems to be afraid but as I walk up to her slowly and I tell her there's nothing to be afraid of and I'm finally able rub my hand along her arm she felt the Sparks and the tingles just like I did and that's when she realized I future Alpha was her mate. We sat down by the lake and started talking about our future together and what we were looking for in the future.

She wanted to finish school and go to college and then she wanted to have two pups one boy and one girl. I told her I wanted at least four pups two boys two girls and that's when she told me that if I was going to give birth to them then she didn't have a problem having four but was the one that would be giving birth to them so she only wanted 2. I had to look at her and just laugh because of the way she said it.
