Hearing this, Lauren slightly parted her legs, her face unnaturally turned to the side.

"Spread them a bit wider. How am I supposed to perform the operation like this? I do dozens of abortion surgeries every day, there's no need to be embarrassed."

The doctor preparing to perform the abortion surgery on Lauren spoke without showing any emotion.

Seeing a group of men suddenly barge in, Lauren hurriedly grabbed the surgical sheet covering her lower body in panic.

"Is the surgery over?"

"Come with me!"

Kaden strode to Lauren's side, grabbing her arm intending to take her away.

"You... Who are you? Why should I go with you? I haven't completed my surgery yet."

Lauren struggled vehemently. She found the man utterly baffling. She didn't know him at all, why would he want to take her away?

"Surgery? If anyone dares to operate on you, I'll hack their head off!"

Hack off someone's head? He is acting like some ancient monarch!

That was what Lauren thought, but it didn't halt her struggle.

She wasn't a fool, why would she let a stranger lead her away just like that.

"Doctor, ignore him. Let's continue."

With a powerful jerk, Lauren freed her hand and then addressed the doctor.

Hearing this, the doctor shifted his gaze to Kaden's face. When he met those penetrating gaze, a shudder ran through him, and he quickly lowered his head in panic.

"You have no choice now, but to come with me!"

The man's voice resonated with underlying fury, his ink-black eyes flickering with an angry light.

For some reason, when she saw the man's gaze, Lauren felt a strong sense of oppression all over her, which made her feel inexplicably panicked.

"I...I haven't worn my pants yet! Could you leave for a while? I will join you with my pants on," she suggested awkwardly.

"There is no need!"

The man simply took off his coat and tied it around Lauren's waist, then hoisted her sideways and left with long strides.

Being held by the man, no matter how much Lauren struggled, she couldn't escape from his arms. In the end, she was directly thrown into a Maybach.

"Who are you to prevent me from having surgery?"

Lauren looked at the man sitting next to her angrily, with anger burning in her heart.
