It was early in the morning.

A glaring streak of sunlight streamed into the room, causing Sabrina Williamson's closed eyes to twitch and her face to scrunch up. She came fully awake to a splitting headache.

Squinting, she looked around to survey her surroundings.

She was not familiar with this place. A hotel, perhaps? But no, the furnishings were far too luxurious.

She turned to see a pile of clothes dumped haphazardly on the floor, her torn skirt sticking out from the rest of the items.

She tried to rise, only to wince almost instantly at the pain in her lower back. There was an ache somewhere near her belly, too. When she was finally able to sit up, the searing pain between her legs became apparent.

She might have never done this before, but she fairly knew what had happened.

Last night was no dream. She, Sabrina, actually had sex for the first time in her life.

No, wait. Before all of that...

Sabrina narrowed her eyes as she recalled everything else that had transpired.

Hallie had prepared a glass of water for her, and when she drank the beverage, she started to feel dizzy and then... Nothing. Sabrina had blacked out after that.

There had to be something in the glass of water!

Hallie Williamson!

Sabrina angrily got out of bed. Enduring the pain all over her body, she limped slowly to where she assumed the bathroom was. She needed to wash herself.

She was right at the door when it was suddenly pushed open,

And a man emerged into the bedroom.

He was wearing a three-piece suit over a crisp white shirt. His clothes were ironed with impeccable precision that gave no room for anyone to doubt his prominence and class.

His profile was sharp, and his dark, deep-set eyes narrowed as he coldly looked down on Sabrina.

She stared back at him blankly, completely at a loss.

She had been alive in this world for more than twenty years, and yet this was the first time she had ever encountered a man who had such an effect on her.

He was practically ethereal.

The man slowly walked toward her, and Sabrina could feel her cheeks flush as she stared at him nervously.

The breath she had held in came out in a rush, as did the next one and the next, until she was all but hyperventilating

The man stopped right in front of her, and he made a sudden grab for her arms.

His hands were so big and hot that they almost burned her skin.

Sabrina swallowed the lump in her throat. She thought, "What on earth was this man planning to do?"

And then....

The man put his arms around her, bent his head, and nuzzled the crook of her neck.

"Wifeyyyy..."

His voice was thick and smooth, and it held promise as he dragged on that single word.

Looking at the man holding her arms, Sabrina was thunderstruck.

Did she really think he was deep and cold?

Did she think he had an enigmatic aura?

Did she harbor the impression that he was born to rule and dominate whichever land he walked upon?

No matter where she looked now, this man was just another fool!

The man lowered his head even further, and Sabrina could feel his intent gaze at her chest. "They don't seem to be symmetrical," he murmured under his breath.

"Wait, what?" Sabrina said in a daze, not understanding what he just said.

"The one on the left is a little bit bigger than the one on the right. Look," the man poked a finger into her flesh.

"What the actual f*ck!"

It was only then that she realized she hadn't put on any clothes at all.

She let out a short scream as she scrambled to cover her important bits. "You pervert!" she cursed at him.

What enigmatic aura, what kingly magnificence... Her imagination had only been playing tricks on her!

This man was just the average lecher, who dared to sexually assault her so shamelessly.

And he had really gone and commented on her physical proportions! D*mn him! If she had had some weapon at hand, she would definitely have attacked him.

Every good impression that had come with that first glimpse she had of him all dissipated into thin air.

"But I touched you all over last night, wifey, and you enjoyed every moment of it. You said so yourself..."

The man had spoken again. His voice was still deep and smooth, like velvet honey slowly running down her skin. He was pouting.

It went over Sabrina's head, although the way he addressed her as his spouse startled her. She recoiled away from him. "Who are you calling your wife?!"

"Wha— But I heard that I can call you wifey after we've..." the man actually blushed, and even had the audacity to twiddle his fingers. "If you don't like it, then I'll call you sister, okay?"

"Sister, my foot! It's more appropriate for me to call you uncle! And I have a name—Sabrina Williamson!" Sabrina stared up at him angrily. She prided herself on her youthful looks. How could a towering hulk of a man call her sister?

"Well, that's not exactly the point I was trying to—"

"So you're the one I was with last night?"

Sabrina demanded. If so much as a nod in response, she would quickly cart him away to the nearest police station.

"That's right!"

The man cocked his head and blinked at her, his eyes wide and almost pleading. His voice took on that velvety quality again, making it hard to resist him.

Sabrina was briefly reminded of a kitten she had raised in the past. That little fur ball used to shoot her a look that made her dissolve into a soft, gooey mess. He was currently giving her that exact same look.

Unconsciously, she reached out a hand and ran it over his lustrous black hair a few times.

When she finally realized what she was doing, she pulled back and stared at her hand with horror. She wanted to cut it off immediately.

Just now, she had actually thought that this man, who had touched her without hesitation or regret, was cute. She was practically hopeless!

Sabrina cleared her throat and instantly changed gears. "Hey! Don't act coy with me. I'm asking you. What exactly happened last night?"

"Sister, please don't call me 'Hey'." The man gave her a harmless little smile. "My name is Christian Austin. Sister, last night, you kept saying you were feeling so hot, and you pulled me to the bed with you. I didn't know how to take your clothes off, so I just ripped them to pieces. But I've bought you new clothes so please don't be angry."

Sabrina was seething, and she was ready to explode at any moment.

Was he saying that she had begged him to touch her last night?

"Don't act like you're innocent in all this!" she said as she struggled into the clothes the man had brought. When she was done, she grabbed his arm. "We'll go to the police station now!" she declared, her tone brooking no argument. "I want to report you!"

"Uuuuu..." The man suddenly burst into tears and dropped to his knees. He hugged Sabrina's left thigh and bawled. "Sister, I was wrong! I shouldn't have torn your clothes. This whole thing is my fault. That was wrong of me! I don't want to go to the police station! I'm scared of the police officer the most..."

“...”

Sabrina's vision blacked out.

Here was a huge man in his twenties, clinging to her leg and howling like a child.

"What an absolute waste of good looks...

Hold on just a minute!" Sabrina said to herself.

Something occurred to her just then. She stared down at the man. "What did you say your name was?" She had a bad feeling about this.

"It's Christian Austin," the man choked on a sob. "My nickname is Chris... and can I call you Sabby?"

"Christian!" Sabrina's eyes popped out as she continued to stare in disbelief. "You're that idiot, Christian Austin?!"

"Sabby, I'm not an idiot! I'm actually brilliant..." Christian wrinkled his nose, clearly unhappy with her words.

Sabrina only looked on, feeling her whole body turn into stone, then slowly crack from the inside, until all that was left were pieces that quickly turned into dust.

She had spent the night with none other than Christian Austin, Enstin City's biggest idiot.
