Coming back from the doctor's clinic, completing the last set of my routine check—up makes me want to take a break from all of this and head out of this city for just a few weeks where I can live how I want and do whatever I would like. Seeing people suffering from all kinds of ailments makes me want to be grateful for life.

I am Olivia Pierce, a sexy wife of a billionaire husband who calls himself the CEO of Lozano Corporation Inc. His company has multiple branches, one of which deals in providing security to big shots of the country that could be owners of big firms, celebrities, politicians, and other famous personalities of the United States or of any other country visiting the US. And the other segments manage various establishments.

My husband, CEO Charles Lozano, was born in a rich family and he took over his dad's business. This is why he is where he is in his early thirties. He has come a long way from what he was to what he has become now. That's what I can say from the things that he has told me, and it was by chance that I met him about three years ago.

Back then I was working at an international museum in Los Angeles in the USA part—time to pay for my college fees, and I would end up working extra hours only to make extra money. So, most of the days I would be there for the whole evening because that was the time most guests came to visit, and I would earn good tips from them because I was told that I was great at providing them with an amazing experience at the museum.

One fine day Mr. Charles Lozano visited during the day. I was lucky enough to be called to work that day in the morning instead of the evening. Since it was Saturday, so I didn't have college, and the girl working in morning shift called in sick to work. I was pissed about having to go to work early that day, but I still managed myself and reached on time.

Later, when I met her the next day, I got to know that she planned to hook up with her boyfriend as his parents were away and had left the house to their son. The thrill on her face was telling me that she had a great time with him yesterday, and I was left feeling sad about being a boring kind of girl.

If I had to sum up the way that I was back then, it would be short and simple – single, disciplined, no boyfriend, and no guy also hitting on me. That was pretty much my life. While all my friends were going out with one boy after the other, I stayed home to either study or read books. I have been a big fan of reading any kind of books.

The genre of the books I read doesn't appeal to me much, but the music that the words produce with the way the author forms sentences isn't just beautiful but also mesmerizing. My friends have called me names for being more interested in books than in boys as almost all the girls in my class either had boyfriends or were dating. Hence, I say my life was very boring in my young adulthood.

While I was at work that day, a man looking like he was in his thirties walked in the museum at a very odd time. From the experience that I used to have over there, which must have been not more than three weeks, I rarely saw a guest walking in at that time. I left the reception desk where I was chatting with the associate and walked up to him to assist him.

As I was walking to him, I couldn't stop staring at him. He was wearing a high branded dark denim that was slightly folded at the bottom, and tan buck shoes on his feet. I liked the dressing sense from the bottom—down, so I gathered the courage to check him out completely and then build an eye contact with him as I was anyway supposed to.

His belt displayed Salvatore Ferragamo logo and that told me he wasn't someone who had just walked in from the lane. He was definitely a well—to—do man for having the ability to afford one of the most expensive brands. I started to walk faster to reach him sooner in the big lobby that the museum had with different paintings displayed in the hallway itself.

When I looked at his body, he was getting hotter, the more I checked him out. He was well—built with his biceps and triceps showing from the navy—blue blazer that he was wearing and beneath that was a light blue shirt. His attire looked very expensive, and then I finally saw his face. Bentley Platinum sunglasses on his eyes surprised me the most, but I did my best not to have such an astonished expression and be cool about it.

Still couldn't believe that I would be interacting with a man like him who is so fine. My smile naturally became broader than my face which must have made me look stupid, but I didn't really care because all I wanted to do was to be at my best in front of him and tell him little stories of the museum in a way that he would give me a good tip.

"Good noon to you, Sir," I greeted him with an expression of being extremely excited to make him feel very welcome in the museum. But despite the fact that I was so cheerful and lively, his bland reply pulled my excitement a little down as he said, "To you too."

I managed to keep up my smile and not let the excitement drain out of my face while I led him to the waiting area, so that he could be welcomed in the museum's signature style with a cooling towel and a drink served by a traditionally dressed person.
