Sunrise Grand Hotel, a grand hotel located in the heart of the city, was known for its dazzling décor, high-class services, and luxury amenities.
In room number 911 of the same hotel...
"It hurts..." Emily muttered to herself.
She had a slight headache, as if he had drunk too much alcohol last night. The sunlight coming from the window was falling directly on his face. She tried to slightly open his eyes, but the light was so bright that he closed them again.
She lay down on the bed, slowly adjusting her body. She felt as if her body was pressed under something heavy. There was so much heaviness in her eyelids that even if she wanted to, she was not able to open them properly.
After a while, she tried to lift herself up with all her strength. She felt a little dizzy and her hands automatically went to her forehead. "Did I drink too much?" she said to herself.
When her eyes opened fully and she looked around, the room looked completely unfamiliar. The walls were a light gold color that glowed in the morning sunlight. It was a luxurious room with expensive furnishings, but Emily found it all very strange.
As she looked around the room, she noticed clothes strewn on the floor. Her clothes were lying haphazardly on the floor, as if someone had taken them off in a hurry. Her heart began to beat faster.
"Did... did I spend the night with Jackson?" This question suddenly ran through her mind.
Jackson, whom she has loved for the past three years but has never been able to tell her heart to—has he finally found out?
She slowly got out of the bed and saw a red spot in the middle of the bedsheet. Her face suddenly felt hot and she quickly covered it with the blanket. Her heart started beating strangely.
This was her first night... but was she with Jackson?
She was trying to piece together some of the hazy memories from the previous night. After the graduation party, she had drinks, maybe Jackson was there too. She remembered trying to speak out her feelings to Jackson. But... What happened after that? She didn't remember that.
Meanwhile, her phone suddenly rang. Her heart began to beat faster. She rushed to the phone and saw Jackson's name flashing on the screen. She felt sure in her heart that she had spent the night with Jackson, and now Jackson was calling her to talk about it.
Picking up the phone in a hurry, she said, "Hello, Jackson... I want to talk about last night—"
But before she could finish her words, Jackson's angry voice echoed in her ears, "How dare you talk about last night, Emily?"
"What? I don't understand..." Emily said nervously. She was shocked to hear Jackson's angry tone. A strange fear began to take root inside her.
"You have betrayed me so much," Jackson said angrily.
Emily didn't understand why Jackson was saying this. She said, "What are you saying? I don't understand anything. We were together last night, then you suddenly left and now you're talking about cheating?"
"I wasn't even with you!" Jackson said loudly, anger evident in his voice. "And whatever you did, it wasn't with me. I can't live with a deceptive girl like you anymore!"
Emily's heart skipped a beat as she heard this. Her hands began to shake and she sat quietly. If Jackson wasn't with her, then who was she with?
She said slowly, fearfully, "Jackson, I don't remember exactly... I was really drunk... but I thought it was you..."
Jackson interrupted him and said, "I don't need to hear anything more. My mother was right, i never should have believed you."
After saying this, Jackson hung up the phone.
Emily's heart sank. The phone almost fell from her hand. Everything seemed blurry to her now. Was she under such a big illusion? Or had she really made a mistake?
She was terribly nervous. There were tears in her eyes and a long list of questions in her heart.
"If it wasn't Jackson... then who was it?" he asked himself.
She couldn't stay in this room any longer. She had to go out and find out the truth. Quickly adjusting her clothes, she left the room. Running in the corridor of the hotel, only one question was running in his mind—what exactly happened last night?
As soon as she walked out of the main door of the hotel, she stopped a taxi and quickly got into it. But just as the taxi left, a luxurious black Rolls-Royce stopped in front of the hotel. Two bodyguards got out of it and walked quickly into the hotel.
After a while, the two bodyguards came back and said to an old man sitting in the car, "Sir, we have thoroughly checked room number 911, but no one was found there.”
"Find her!" the old man said angrily. "I want that woman at any cost, even if I have to move heaven and earth for her!"
After all, who has come to search room number 911? Will Emily be able to find out the truth about the night?
