Everyone has different mindset that is why no matter what happens, good or bad, they are people that side on either side. Life flows, life goes on, but what if everyone is faced with a disaster, a calamity, that threatens one's life? People tend to come together as one because they have one goal; survival!.

　　On a sunny day, where everybody where doing their normal life activities came a sudden phenomenon that affects their whole life for eternity. A young boy was playing with his younger sister, smiling brightly, when all of a sudden everywhere turned dark. It was very dark that the boy was not able to see his own hands. Out of curiosity, he looked up to look at the position that the sun was just hanging, but to his amusement there was nothing there but darkness. The adults knew that a storm was coming, but the way this storm came gave them too a big surprise. They have never seen anything like dis before.

　　And that's when something happened. They was a loud explosion up in the sky that made everyone cover their ears with a pained expression. The loud sound was caused by lightning but this wasn't an ordinary lightning. Lightning comes and goes but this one was still present in the sky and it even looked like it was moving. The once pitch black terrain was actually lighted up by the lightning in the sky, it's as if the lightning is the sun.

　　It actually looked peaceful until another explosion was heard and this time it brought about wind that was very wild that uprooted many trees and destroyed many houses in just a few seconds. Those who saw this scene couldn't help but scream in their hearts that "they are done for". Explosions in the sky rang out repeatedly and the wind that it generates is just getting stronger and stronger, wilder and wilder. If any one that is very attentive is to pay close attention to the detail in the sky, he/she will found out shockingly that the white lightning is actually beating back the darkness that appeared in the sky not too long ago and that's the cause of the repeated explosions. The sound caused by the lightning didn't reduce, but instead increase and the people witnessing all this cannot help but shiver in fear and pray for the "Lord" to have mercy on them.

　　The face-off between the lightning and the darkness lasted for five days where it showed signs of settling down. By that time many people were injured while some were even dead with houses left in ruin. By the time the storm subsided and everything was back to normal was on the sixth day. All the survivors were pleased and happy as they have survived a calamity but nobody showed this emotion called "happiness" as alot has been lost. Houses destroyed, family relatives, friends, children either dead or injured gave this people the feeling of not feeling happy even though they were alive, as the loss was more than the gain. Nobody knows that this incident will change both the survivors and future generations lives. The incident was termed "THE BIG STORM" remembered for the rest of eternity with a deep sense of fear.

　　Looking at the destruction all around them everybody's heartaches just looking at the view. By this time, the authorities of the place have already arrived at the scene to handle it. Everywhere across the world was affected, but the most affected is the Imperial City. They are many countries, villages, towns across the globe, but they are five main cities which are Imperial City, Northern Empire, Eastern Empire, Western Empire and Southern Empire. The Northern, Eastern Empire, Western Empire and Southern Empire are located on the North, East, West and South respectively, while the Imperial City is at the middle of this great empires.

　　The Imperial City is where the storm unleashes it's wrath the most, destroying many houses and leaving many injured. The health workers and armed forces that has been immobilise to the scene are all running around to help the injured. Rushing the injured to the hospital and also searching for survivors. Everywhere was in chaos.

　　In a hospital room, they were three people present. A boy who was clearly the patient lieing on a hospital bed with injuries on his body, breathing heavily, gasping for air while the remaining two people were looking at him worried.

　　"Dr. Qiao, the pulse of the patient doest show any sign of calming down", said one of the man in the room, clearly a doctor.

　　"He's case is critical and unlike the rest that we have treated. Most of the people that we have treated are showing signs of regaining conciousness and some are even back on their feet, but this child's condition is actually going for the worse", complained Dr. Qiao with a worried look on his face.

　　The other man on the room looked at the expression of Dr. Qiao and sighed while saying "You tried ur best Qiao, you are not superman"

　　Dr. Qiao was displeased by his words and retorted "why are you saying something like that?, he's just a kid and have not experience life to its fullest and for him to lose his life like this is not to my liking"

　　The man by his only let out a chuckle while saying "yes you are right, but does that mean you can do the impossible just to save him?" asked the man.

　　Then he continued "you are suppose to be thinking about how to save the ones that have a chance not the ones that have a slim chance of survival. And beside haven't you noticed that no parent have come looking for him"

　　Dr. Qiao looked at him with a questioning gaze and the main just smiled and nd continued while saying "he's an orphan. The boy right here is an orphan"

　　This expression of Dr. Qiao darkened while he heard that, and the man quickly followed up saying " nobody has come looking for him, and beside we did a test on him remember, he's glucose level is very low that's to tell u that he struggles to eat. I think as a doctor u should be able to reason with me and know that I am right, right?", asked the man while smiling.

　　Dr. Qiao's face has already lost all colours by the time the man has finished explaining, as a doctor of course he knows that the boy here is struggling to eat, but he can't stop himself from thinking that "is he really an orphan, if that is true then that's sad"

　　He wanted to say another thing to the man beside him but all of a sudden they heard a loud explosion that actually shook the whole hospital and they lost their footing to fall down on their but. They were shocked because they actually sense a huge presence that is pressing down on them when they heard the explosion. And it was very close, meaning the explosion was close by, they stood up running to the location that they heard the explosion only to be shocked by what they saw, they saw a human being like them standing but he looked different than them. He's whole body was actually flowing with lightning in blue colour and he's actually staring at them with an intimidating look like he's on top of the world!
