"Chidera c'mon be quick, mee osiso,...the van's about to go." Mum called to son.

"Alright mom,...did you see my red socks!?". Chidera said.

"I'll leave you in this house". Mom shouted out, she was outside. Just then, Chidera came out running out. "I can't wait to move to this new house ". Chidera said.8

"I know, me neither,..but normally you hate it when we move". The mom said as she climbed into the van passenger seat and shifted to make space for Chidera.

"The house looks a lot more fancy". Chidera said as he climbed up the car. Chidera was a 16 year old teenager,... tall,..normal body, fair, and he has a halflow dread. He was on a blue shirt and black jean trousers.

The driver kickstarted the car and off he drove.

Zee Highshool, located on Ihiala Anambra was a big school though with many buildings housing diffrents classes, blocks, offices. Mr. Chukwudalu, a physics Teacher walked down the walkway and diverted to to Block B which was the Block for SS2 students. He was wearing his normal brown and red check and smart black trousers and black shoes thaat always shine,... of course he had his glasses, never misses it. He walked into SS2A the Engineering class, buzz of noise filled the class but the instant he stepped inside the class, the noise drowned off.

"SS2A doing what is known best for them, engineering fun and noise,... I wish one of you could figure out a way to use noise to produce energy, then i wouldn't be so mad about your noise making". Mr. Chukwudalu said with a smiley face.

The class filled with 35 students, teenage boys and girls, all on white shirt and black jacket with milk color trousers, though not all was on jacket. They all had a fancy Glass desk locker each and white walls and large electronic board that operates with light pen, the class was just dead quiet with different expression faces from the students, a student in the middle line of the second row was sleeping and three others were sleeping at the back.

"Now, Good afternoon students." Mr Chukwudalu said. "Good afternoon Master EMF". The students chorus replied. EMF meant eletro motive forcce and Mr. Chukwudalu instructed the students to be identifying him with that. Mr. Chukwudalu was a the school and students best teacher, he taufgt physics in a way evey one understands and he explains the skeleton behind every law and formula.

"I know the teacher is so Good a teacher but dude am hell tired, we jut had chemistry 4 periods" Ikenna on the 4th row which is also second to last row said and put on his airdrop and covered his head with hoody,..a brown hood which was not part of the school uniform, He was a chocolate with a high halflow cut.

"Ikenna, you na devil, you be devil,....you go just decieve us they act non chalant, las las, when result come out you'll pass excellently". Harrison said sitting on his left said.

"Like seriously, if you want to listen to music go on, we are going to pay attention." Dike added from harrison left.

"Am not hearing you guys!!" Ikenna said with a funny tone with the airdrop still in his ear.

" Harrison said to Ikenna.

"Watch your language" Ikenna said.

"So today, we'll be discussing waves,...trust me young scientists, you'll love this". Mr. Chukwudalu said. He brought out a light pen from his breast pocket and wrote 'physics' and underlined it then he wrote 'wanes' under it and underlined. "Oh an error there i see". Mr. chukwudalu said and double pressed a button at the top of the light pen and a lazer light shot out of the tip of the light pen, he slashed the light against the 'wanes' he wrote on the electronic board and the 'wanes' disapperared and, then he wrote 'Waves'.

Mr Chukwudalu began, "So science gurus,,..", The classroom front door opened and a tennage Kid on the school uniform with a yellow zart designer backpack walked in with the school adminstrative officer, a white lady with blonde hair and black suit with white canvas.

"Pardon Mr. Dalu, we have a new intake here" She said.

"oh I see,...what's your name kiddo?" Mr. Chukwudalu asked.

"His name is Chidera...Udoka". The administrative officer said. "C'mon Chidera say something to your new classmates" She said

"Is it really necessary". chidera said in an undertone.

"What did you say". The administrative officer asked Chidera. "Nothing Miss". He replied.

"Umm,...I look forward to having an awesome learning adventure with you guys, my name is chu..Chidera".

"You too". The class echoed and made a slight applause.

"Hey come over here!, there's space on my right". Ikenna voiced out Chidera. with relieve and anxiety, Chidera walked through the middle walkway and went to the fourth row and sat beside Ikenna on the left and settled his bags.

"Hey am Ikenna and don't ever call me Ike". Ikenna said to Chidera with a smile.

"And am Harrison" "Me am Dike" Harrison and Dike said.

"Nice meeting you guys". Chidera said.

"Like your dread bro, am now wondering if I should make dread next or plait hair". Ikenna said to Chidera.

"Haha, thanks". Chidera Laughed.

"I'll be gone now" The administrative officer said to Mr.Chukwudalu.

"Now, where were we engineers..."

"That's the school canteen, food and snacks are sold there". Ikenna said to Chidera

They where walking around the school for it was break period.

"Say...what do you guys normally do during recreation". Chidera asked.

"Nothing much, we gist...actually nothing, but tough dudes like me go up the hostel and play games with psp or our phones". Ikenna said.

"But,...isn't that supposed to be illegal, staying in hostel, playing games, that is wrong location and wrong use of devices". Chidera said.

"And that was why I was specific, 'tough guys like me' ". Ikenna said to Chidera with an air quote.

"Come on, let's get to the hostel". ikenna said to Chidera.

"Am not so sure about this". chidera replied.

"come on, you'll like it, its fun". Ikenna persuaded.

"Alright,...But we got be quick". Chidera said.

"Okay then, let's get going". Ikenna said with a smile. They went down the hostel block and went up a tall huge red brick upstairs.

Up the stairs they went and arrived at a door. "This is my favorite hostel, the hostel captain is my area friend". Ikenna said and knocked on the door. Nothing happened, another knock, then another, then another rattle knock and forceful kicks at the door. Then clicks were head and the door was opened.

"Nawaa for you oo,...are you wating for me to break down the door, whats up". Ikenna said to the hostel captain and shook hands with him. "I dey". The guy replied to his 'whats up'.

"This is my guy, new intake". Ikenna said to The hostel captain while patting Chidera's shoulder.

"No wahala, a castina hostel m oo, don't cast my hostel oo". The hostel captain said in a warning tone and they all went in. Few students were there, maybe four.

"Yehhh," Ikenna cooed and lay on a bed in a lower bunk. He brought out his phone and started playing PPSSPP with Chidera. The game went on, they played Ben 10, ultimate power, alien force,.God of war, Assasin creed and many more. They didn't know when they dozed off.

"Guy guy guy!" The hostel captain tried waking Ikenna Up. Ikenna slightly opened his eyes. "Master is knocking at the door, let's beat it". The hostel captain said in a rush and ran off the bathroom side.

Ikenna dragged Chidera Up. "Follow me now!". He said to Chidera and ran towards the bathroom dragging Chidera with him. When they reached the bathroom, Ikenne slided open a broken ceiling and climbed up the ceiling using a metal bucket there as foot step. Chidera climbed after him and he helped and dragged him up. Then he slided the ceiling close.

Ikenna then activated his phone's torch and they followed a path of the ceiling.

"Don't step on the weak wood, just follow my every step." Ikenna said to Chidera. They continued walking. "It seems the house captain followed the rusty path" Ikenna said to himself.

At a point, Ikenna stopped, bent and slided open a ceiling and jumped down from it, Chidera jumped down too. Ikenna hopped up and closed the slide.

"Damn!, its 47 minutes past break time". Chidera said.

"Let's get going". Ikenna said.

They arrived at their class, no teacher was there, the class was making noise. They went to their seats.

"What took you guys so long". Dike asked looking at Ikenna.

"We wrote math test oo, 10 marks worth of test". Dike said.

"Oh God, am dead, my life is ruined". Chidera cried and lay his head on the desk.

Ikenna looked at the time table. "You jerks, you're joking with me". Ikenna said and laughed.

Chidera brought up his head and smiled.

"Oh is that what you think, she came out of period and gave us a test, ask the prefect. Dike said.

"Hey! prefect!". Ikenna called out to the prefect.

"What's up bro". The prefect said to Ikeena.

"Did math give test" Ikenna asked.

"Yeah, 10 marks test, you didn't miss it did you". The prefect said.

"Dang it!, nevermind". Ikenna said.

"My life is ruined, am already being a truant at the first day at school". Chidera cried.

"Hey don't worry bro, i got us into this and am gonna get us out". Ikenna said.

"What are you gonna possibly do?" Chidera asked.

"Come on with me, we've gotta theft a test". Ikenna said.

"Nice one there bro". Dike said with a smirk.

"What do you mean by that". Chidera asked Ikenna.

"Just come with me". Ikenna said and started leaving the class.

"I don't want anymore trouble". Chidera said and followed Ikenna.

"I can't still decide if Ikenna is a gangstar kinda dude or a soft good nerd". Harrison said.

"The guy is a neutral bro". Dike replied.

"Now this is the staff office of the math department, we gonna do a little some thing here to get back our grades". Ikenna said.

"What are you planning bro". Chidera asked.

"Listen up bro, you gotta walk into the office and walk up to that dark middle aged lady there on a red gown and brown weavon with blue glasses". Ikenna said pointing at their math teacher. She had 20 leaves books piled in her desk.

Ikenna continued"Now you walk up to her and tell her that you would love to have a private lesson teacher on math...". "No I don't". Chidera blurted. "I hate math and a lesson would be hell for me". Chidera said.

"Well you have to now, I'll handle the rest". Ikenna said.

"forget it, I always know what to say, and lesson is not gonna be part of it, i do not need unecessary attention.

"Well walk in there and get the math teacher's attention, i'll handle the rest."

"Okay" Chidera breathed out. "Am gonna trust you one more time". Chidera said and walked into the office.

At the math teacher's table, Chidera began, " Good afternoon m'aam". Chidera said.

"Its Miss Rita, and good afternoon my dear". The math teacher said.

'Finally, a nice math teacher' Chidera said in his mind.

"Umm, Miss Rita, am a new student, and I was wondering about the math project, have you given it out or yet to, if you have I would love to get a copy". Chidera said.

"You're new, I see, but the administrative officer should have told you about the school websie where all projects are, and besides you should have asked your fellow students". Miss Rita said.

"oh!, I guess the administrative officer forgot to, and I do feel more comfortable asking from the teachers and heads rather than students". Miss Rita said.

"Well, I guess..."

"Good afternoon Miss Rita". Ikenna came in and interrupted the math Teacher.

"Manners! student, how dare you interrupt me, Kneel down there". Miss Rita barked angrily.

'Guess I was wrong on the nice part' Chidera said in his mind.

Ikenna knelt in front of the teacher's desk, facing his face directly was a pile of the tests they wrote which he and Chidera missed.

Ikenna gave Chidera a sign to continue talking by double raising his left eyebrow.

"Umm,...what is the site domain Miss Rita, the school website domain". Chidera asked the Teacher.

"Zee highschool dot edu" Miss Rita said. "Now boy am busy, go budge your questions to your classmates I don't have your time now".
