POV

"You are gonna do just fine dear" mom said for the hundredth time this morning. "Besides you will be back home in a few months and this might be a great experience, you never know what you may find or experie..."

"Mom I get you so please stop talking you are more nervous than I am and its making me more nervous" I said as I put my first suitcase in the trunk.

Wow it really has come, the day I had been dreading most. I'll be away for months and I was scared as shit and the thought of being around strangers did not help. I felt two hands go around my waist and I relaxed Venton kissed my neck and I felt myself relax. But then again I was leaving him behind so I was far from being relaxed. He is the best boy friend ever and I love him a lot though at times I'm not sure what kind of love but I do.

"Cassey ! Come eat and dressed or you gonna be late for school" mom yelled from the house.

  "Venton you too sweetie."

I dragged myself in took a shower then breakfast and we were set to leave for thee "BECKLEY GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL" I may not have shown it but I was definitely dreading this.

Venton squeezed my hand and I decided to nap on his shoulders for the remaining 3hrs and 45mins. Oooh boy.

I was woken with a gentle tap on my shoulder. We had arrived, we had definitely arrived to boarding school. It was so big, poshy and magnificently clean. Wow it was beautiful indeed.

"Oh no oh no no no, maybe I wasn't ready, maybe I should tell mom, maybe we should go back, maybe...

My train of thoughts was cut off when i was dragged out if the car.

I looked around and saw other girls they all seemed newcomers just like me. We went to the office and with mom's help I got all the necessary stuff, uniform, map, timetable, designated room locker number all and all. I then went to the bathroom adjacent the office to change into Beckley uniform.

That's when I met her, actually bumped into her. She was gonna snap at me but I apologized. She seemed taken aback but actually smiled at me. And wow, that smile was to die for. I was actually in a daze when she snapped a fingers in my face definitely laughing at how stupid I seemed.

She then left and I felt sad I kinda missed her already. She was very pretty and that laugh was something I wouldn't mind listening to everyday.

What I'm thinking about. You have a boyfriend you fool. I stepped out fully dressed and I have to admit I looked great. I went back to the office and mom just hugged me as Venton stood awkwardly eyeing me.

It was time for them to leave and boy did I cry. I decided to put the map in use as I searched for room so I could go settle in and wait for my room mate. I just hope she's gonna be cool.

After a while the room mate came and I deeply hoped she'd be cool and she was. Rennys was talkative and I'm glad we started of on the right foot. We talked and stayed in the room till supper time.

All through supper my eyes kept darting around looking for something or was it someone. That's when I saw her again in the cafeteria though this time in shorts and T-shirt she'd come back from training. I would really love to be friends with her right? seeing that she plays basketball and all maybe she could coach me. Wait... Who would wannabe be friends with a junior she's a freaking senior and I'm just a young newbee. Yeah in your dreams Cassey. Rennys dragged me from my thoughts as we went to furthest table that was filled with othet Juniors.

I sat down with Rennys and laughed with other new girls. One thing for sure was that Rennys was definitely a walking comedy. I looked up to find her leaving the cafeteria with a bunch of girls. It's like she felt someone staring and stopped. While laughing at her friend's joke she scanned the room until she looke me dead in the eye. I almost chocked and Rennys unaware hugged me tightly while patting my back. She frowned then left the cafeteria. Well that was awkward I hope mom and Venton got home safely.
