Lsabella's pov :
"Levi, have you heard? The only female Alpha on the East Continent will also be coming to this meeting!"
"Of course, I heard that she is the most beautiful woman in Blood Moon Pack."
Their conversation was not too loud, but it still caught the attention of the gentlemen in suits present.
They gathered around.
Even though everyone here looked so genteel, their disgusting faces could not be concealed by the fancy clothes alone.
"Hey, you know what! She's got a great body!"
A Beta with a silver badge began to speak, followed by the bearded Beta sitting on the single couch with his eyes glowing.
"Really? I heard her name a long time ago, and I finally got to meet her today. I really want to take a good look at what kind of charm that woman has, and whether her bed skills are as good as the rumors say!"
His words caused the men in the room to laugh, and they seemed to have completely forgotten their identities.
"Of course, Ezra, she'll come. After all, this is the dinner before the Alpha meeting, and as an Alpha, she will definitely attend."
The more they talked, the louder their voices became, and even a few male Beta's could not wait to start looking around.
These so-called "gentlemen" were eager to meet the legendary female Alpha at this banquet.
"So, is it true that she became an Alpha by her bedside manner?" A somewhat young blue-haired Beta questioned.
"Of course, Luke, what else could it be? What pack of warriors would allow a woman to overpower them?"
"If we go by what you guys are saying, this female Alpha still has beauty. But how can I look at all of you present, all of you look like disgusting slugs, and not a bit of you can see any qualification to be a Beta."
I wore black high heels, stepped on the coffee table, and began to arrange my skirt without any concern.
The Beta's seemed irritated by my words, and they looked at me with hostility.
But I didn't have my brooch, and they didn't know who I was, so they didn't dare to attack.
The man named "Luke" stood up and carefully began to test my identity: "Who are you?
"Who are you?"
I hooked the collar of the man sitting on the single sofa so that he obediently gave up his seat for me.
I sat languidly on my side in the wrap of the soft sofa, my blood-red, high-cut dress outlining the beautiful curves of my figure.
I knew I had a fatal attraction.
Because of this one action, the anger in the eyes of the men sitting next to me had been replaced by a burgeoning desire.
Their eyes wandered over my body like a salivating dog.
"I'm the one who could be Alpha if a few of you re-formed a pack, good dogs."
"Damn, where's that crazy guy from!
A man in a light blue shirt was clearly angered by my words, and he stood up "with a swoosh" and raised his fist to swing at my face.
Fortunately, the person next to him held him down.
This Beta is the kind of stupid man who is simple-minded and has good limbs.
I was not afraid of him, and even had some provocation in my eyes, after all, I can take care of ten men like this at once.
Luke pulled the somewhat agitated man back to his seat and whispered in his ear, "Soren, why are you having a problem with a woman, we don't know who she is yet, you can't mess up this party."
With Luke's persuasion, the man's anger subsided.
But after such a mess just now, everyone present was a little embarrassed, and they began to adjust the conversation to turn their attention to another gossip.
But I am not interested in this gossip.
I changed my posture and sat down again, crossed a leg, the tip of my shoe casually knocked on the crystal table in front of the sofa, knocking out a crisp sound.
Like a dog's reflex to hear a ringing bell, the men quickly refocused their attention on me.
"Wait a minute, gentlemen!"
A Beta with a glass of wine looked over at me; he had only just returned and was unaware of what had just happened.
I returned his perplexing smile, and a glint of greed immediately appeared in his eyes.
"Don't we have beauty right in front of us? Why even discuss any female Alpha."
He licked his lips and handed me the red wine glass, which I shook, my eyes sweeping over each lust-filled pair of eyes.
"Sweetheart, what pack are you from? I think it's whoever brought the female companion!"
He slowly approached me, his eyes sweeping over me with some abandon.
"I guess which Alpha should have brought it, it's not Jasper's female companion, is it?"
The people in the room were a little disappointed to hear his guess.
"Levi, don't talk nonsense, how can this gorgeous lady be Jasper's female companion?" Luke next to him retorted."
"I've seen Mr. Jasper's prospective Luna, a beauty as bright as the moonlight, not this gorgeous red rose of ours."
"Then who else would be worthy of a beauty like her!"
Levi was a little reluctant to continue to pursue the question.
"Wait a minute ...... wait a minute?"
Finally, someone on the side remembered the point.
"Isn't it forbidden to bring companions below the Beta level for Alpha banquets anymore?"
This group of stupid people, I really don't bother to play with them anymore.
I waved at the waiter who was standing aside and respectfully waiting for me.
In an instant, all eyes converged on me and followed the movement of my finger.
"So...sweetheart you're a Beta too?"
Levi saw this scene a little curious, he thought I just forgot to wear my "Beta" medal.
After all, in this world, female Beta's are rare.
Until I took a golden badge with crossed swords and spears off the tray and slowly pinned it to my chest.
This bright and shiny badge, as if it had a magical power, instantly froze the entire group solid.
They opened their mouths and eyes and froze in place, unable to say a word.
This is a symbol of the Alpha's noble status of the medal, only the most honored Alpha status can wear.
For a while, the atmosphere was terribly quiet.
I kicked on the coffee table, the cups on it were shaken, "tinkling and ringing".
I raised my glass of red wine and gestured in front of me, my smile now more or less tinged with viciousness: "Good evening, gentlemen, am I as good-looking as I've been told?"
My aura brought a very strong sense of oppression, the men looked at each other and immediately began to flee in all directions.
"Haha..." I sneered twice, "But that's all, if they were in wolf form right now, I could still see their tails between their legs."
The brooch, a symbol of Alpha power, was pinned to my chest, enough to divide me from everyone else at this party.
Because I was the only female Alpha they were craning their necks to see on the East Continent.
I could feel the change in the eyes of the people around me.
Especially after they knew I was a female Alpha, the surroundings were filled with disparagement and spitefulness.
Unfortunately, this did not change anything and could not affect me.
I understand what is going through their minds right now.
It's hard for them to accept the presence of a woman in an Alpha meeting that belongs to the men.
But what qualities are needed to be an Alpha?
Strength, intelligence, victory, authority, aren't they all?
If I have each of these, why can't I become an Alpha?
At that moment, there was another racket at the door.
Has someone of note arrived?
I turned around and a pleasant figure appeared in my eyes.
I had grown up with Xavier, but every time I met him, a new emotion arose in my heart.
He was dressed in a black tuxedo, a tailored suit that fit his body perfectly, trimming a toned figure, and a tall, upright stance that allowed him to be noticed at a glance in the crowd even at a high-level party like this.
Xavier's blond hair seemed to be carefully groomed, all tied behind his head. His icy blue eyes carry a cold light that belongs to predators, and his angular features highlight the indifferent elements of his personality. Xavier's powerful aura made the men present can't help but marvel.
When Xavier's face is expressionless, his eyes are sharp like a knife. But the next second when he saw me, his gaze became much softer in an instant, like the spring sunshine that melts the hard ice.
"Is he an Alpha?"
I heard people whispering.
But they were wrong again, he was a Beta, my Beta.
Xavier walked straight over to me, he bent his knees and half crouched to hold my hand, he gazed into my eyes and gently dropped a kiss on the back of my hand: "Sorry I'm late."
I smiled faintly at him, "Just in time."
Xavier's Pov:
I pinned the rose brooch to one side of my collar and took a seat next to Isabella. Surrounded by people who were in the way, their eyes and whispers fell where they shouldn't.
I stole a glance at Lsabella, who looked normal and unaffected.
That's good.
An Alpha and a Beta approached in our direction.
I recognized them, the leader was Liam, who was the leader of the Fai Moon Pack, and behind him was followed by his personal escort.
These two men slowly approached Lsabella and sat down in front of us without permission.
Their eyes were frivolous and kept drifting up and down Lsabella's body.
I was calm on the surface, but my clenched fists were hardening.
These guys who disrespected Lsabella, I wanted to crush their eyes.
Suddenly, a pair of gentle hands wrapped around my fist, I panicked to collect the hostility in my eyes.
I turned my head and saw Lsabella smiling at me.
The red satin-like hair baked her fair cheeks, turquoise eyes like two precious stones, her light smile when the corners of her eyes curved, the slightest inattention can hook my soul.
I was mesmerized and looked at her uncontrollably for a few seconds more, then meekly lowered my eyes.
The atmosphere gradually eased, but Liam put his disgusting hand on my shoulder.
I looked up and coldly met those fat, greasy eyes.
Some of the community's losers are able to enjoy the comfort of their ancestors' accumulated advantages to the point of being fat as prey.
Liam sat next to me, but his eyes kept darting to Lsabella, and he patted me on the shoulder: "This gentleman looks sharp.
"This gentleman looks sharp-eyed, strong and strong, very Alpha."
Beta behind him immediately echoed, "Indeed, I think so too, but how come he's willing to pin a silver brooch?"
The fat pig's eyes immediately returned to Lsabella, his eyes wandering over her body, revealing his nasty mind.
"Could it be that this beauty has something over the top?"
"It does look like there's a bit of skill, both in the council chamber and in...bed."
The two men looked at each other and looked up and laughed at the same time.
Lsabella looked at them indifferently, not responding to their humiliation.
This indulged Liam, who grew bold enough to reach out a hand to caress Lsabella's face.
"Such a beauty deserves to be loved...Ahhhhh!"
The moment his hand was about to defile Lsabella, I shot out and grabbed his wrist, gently folding it in the direction of the back of his hand, and Liam let out a pig-killing howl.
Lsabella gently closed his eyes.
I immediately shrugged off the man and threw him to the ground not far away, stepping forward to step on his other hand.
The hall had fallen into silence, people's eyes were completely captivated by the place.
Liam's hand seemed to have broken away from the wrist articulation, attached to a layer of flesh, hanging down weakly.
His terrified howl really sounded like the prey who knew his death was imminent, but he was still trying to struggle and find some life for his worthless life.
"I I I ...... am the Alpha of the Fai Moon Pack! How dare you, a humble Beta, do this to me! I will not spare you!"
My foot pushed hard and a few more crunching sounds of bones breaking rang out from his body, "You know the dignity of an Alpha now? Then why did you offend my Alpha?"
My tone was soft, but not muffled in the howl.
Liam seemed to be frightened by the murderous aura emerging from my eyes, his eyes grew wide and his expression became more and more frightened.
That struggling look really resembled a fat, dying pig.
"That's all right, Xavier," the majestic but pleasant voice sounded behind me.
I immediately stood up and returned to Lsabella with a calm face as if nothing had happened.
"Sorry, Alpha, for the trouble."
"It's okay," Lsabella glanced coldly at the waste lying on the ground: "It's just garbage."
